Located only a half mile from Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, the nearest beach access, you and your beloved group are just a short walking/driving distance from the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-story home is all about indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy a private backyard with a large eight-person table and a propane grill - it's the perfect setting for a warm-weather barbecue!
Inside, the first floor of this gem offers a sunny open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The beautiful living area has a roomy sofa, a loveseat, and a cozy armchair near a smart TV with cable. Let your friends unwind and have a fun conversation while you show off your cooking skills in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and a shiny breakfast bar seating four. The adjoining dining table has enough space for eight people. This level also hosts a private bedroom and a full bathroom.
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom is at the end of the hall and offers a smart TV, a private balcony, and an en suite bath with a standalone shower. The other two bedrooms share the second full bathroom. One of these bedrooms has two bunk beds and another smart TV, ideal for the kiddos.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
