Fun in the sun with a built-in pool! Enjoy the cool water on hot summer days. The lower level game room will surely be the scene of many friendly competitions and lots of fun. This beautiful ocean view property is also dog-friendly, so don't hesitate to bring your lovely family dog to the beach, too! The first level houses the garage and property entrance. This is also the location of what will surely become your favorite spot - the game room with a pool table, Ping-Pong table, foosball, and arcade basketball. In addition to all of this, there is also a huge sectional sofa with a built-in chaise and a refrigerator to stash all the drinks and snacks. Just don't forget to enjoy the outdoors, too!

The second level features four of the five bedrooms and an amazing ocean view deck. On the oceanside is a bedroom decorated in soothing shades of deep purple, with cool wood floors and a ceiling fan. On the sound side of the home is another bedroom with whimsical ocean colors, wood floors, and a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share a bath with dual vanities. On the other side of the hallway is another bedroom - this one in lovely shades of mint and coral. It shares another bath with a bunk room.

The third floor is the lovely great room, where families and groups gather and new memories are made. This is the heart of the home and features a large covered deck with forever views down to the sparkling ocean and throughout the neighborhood. The expansive living room is furnished in cheerful, coordinating hues and offers seating for a large crowd. The beautiful formal dining table, with seating for 10, sits in front of two walls of windows, flooding the area with natural light. The kitchen has absolutely everything to set the family chef's heart aflutter. A full complement of appliances in pristine white, plenty of cabinets, a center island, and a breakfast bar for three are all at your fingertips as you create the family's favorite meals and snacks. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
