At first glance the house is perfect, but as we started to unpack and use the house, we realized it was not very clean. Not only were things not cleaned properly things were also not working and there was no one to come on site to help, when things needed to be fixed or changed. There was dirty bedding, dirty towels dirty washcloths, not enough washcloths for our party. Things like the microwave and Wi-Fi didn't work. Customer service and speaking to someone was five stars. However to actually fix the problems if they were not remote wasn't possible. I hope it was just because it was the holidays. We tried a very best to enjoy our stay and had to get creative with making sure we enjoyed ourself. We end up having to buy an air mattress sorry kids didn't have to sleep in a dusty room that started their asthma. We also took a lot of time cleaning the areas we were going to be spending the most time in. Before booking the home I reached out to ask were there any pets in the home. They told me no but I had several asthma attacks which confirmed either there was a pet or the cleaning was not being done properly. When I finally got a hold of a manager they told me that these minor cleanliness issues would be compensated by $50.. that doesn't even cover the air mattress. If you don't mind things being a little bit dirty the bed sheets having stains on them, finding boxers in the washing machine, handprints on the washcloths, things not working. Then this is the place for you.
