Guest Access:
This house layout gives you two ample floors:
UPSTAIRS: Master bedroom suite with bathroom and roman tub & relaxing nature views to the outside garden patio area.
Trundle bedroom offers a hidden bed to make this the perfect room for two people to enjoy, with a nice view to the tall pines in front (70+ feet in the air)
Last bedroom across the bathroom with a very comfy queen bed to rest in. You will also enjoy the front view of this property.
The newly renovated guest bathroom will set the soothing mood to relax and shower with different ambient lighting of your choice .
Other things to note.
If you need access to laundry: You will notice a door in the kitchen area; our office/living quarters are in the basement with a separate laundry room. Please let us know if you will need the laundry room and we can give you access. Feel free to reach out if you need anything. Home is not child proof. We hope you enjoy your stay!

As a retired professional executive I now work as a financial trader (Shed/office) from home with my family. I can provide concierge services should you need any assistance. (There is no connection to your private upper level (2) floors) & ours. We respect our guests privacy.
Security:
We have a camera pointed towards the driveway to verify deliveries/guests entering the property.

Atlanta Home Search

Was looking for a location to do some home searching in the East Cobb area, perfect location to use while we did our home searching. Check in/out process was really easy and the home and host were great.

Our stay

When we arrived, we were blown away by how nice the place was and all the little incidental goodies left for us. Terrific charming area, great access to what we needed to do. Would definitely recommend it to anybody. And we’ll be back!

Lovely Home, Modern Furnishings, Quiet Neighborhood

This was our second stay at this location. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house interior is modern with a very nice open central area. There is a large outdoor area in the back with covered porch, new gas grill, heating lamp for cold weather, and several hammocks. Neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommended if you need to stay in this area!

Paradise Retreat

We had a quick and fantastic stay. Very nice, clean and quiet. We tried to make use of all the amenities. It was very kid friendly as well. The house was well stocked from towels, blankets, games and kitchen accessories. Our daughter loved that fridge could place music. They thought of everything. Even had a book with all local numbers if needed. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

Comforts of home!! Great experience!

Our family came in for a baseball tournament, and staying here was relaxing and comfortable. We had all the comforts of home and the house was extremely clean too!! Our teenagers loved the outdoor setup...we would find them in the hammocks at night underneath the lights. :) The beds were super comfortable, which was much appreciated after a long day at the ballfields. The kitchen was well stocked, they even left us a few chocolate treats and snacks, as well as coffee (very nice touches we don't normally see in our VRBOs). The owners do live on the property, but we never even knew they were there (we had a completely separate entrance). The only issue we had was not figuring out how to lock the door, and the owner was very helpful and patient with us! Very safe and quiet neighborhood as well, conveniently located to everything we needed in Marietta, and only about 30 minutes from the Georgia Aquarium downtown. We would definitely stay here again the next time we have a tournament. Thanks for a great stay!
