This lovely ranch home was just remodeled and is now ready for our guests. The home is located next door to ours and between the two houses we sit on about 3 acres. The home is located about 1 mile from I-75 on Highway 92. We are located less than 4 miles from a number of boat launches in Acworth. If you prefer hiking we are about 20 miles from Kennesaw Mountain and Red Top Mountain. LakePoint Sporting Complex (Exit 283) is 10 miles straight up the interstate - only 2 exits North. Ranch home set back on large lot. Home offers three bedrooms and 2 full baths Multi-use area of industrial and country settings

Great communication, nice pool table, solid rental. Location is good, convenient. Its not flawless as an older home, but all things considered it was exactly what we needed. Area is a bit industrial but still quiet, had no noise issues. Pretty straightforward, if you are looking for a solid, well priced, well located, well run rental in the acworth area you wont go wrong choosing this one.

Great stay at this house! We had basketball tournaments at LakePoint and this was a good location. Clean, as described. We did not use kitchen but looked to be fully stocked with everything you would need. Beds comfortable. Door dash and Walmart delivery available. Would recommend!

Gymnastics Comp Stay

The house was clean and up to date! We loved the stay the beds were comfy and made our stay pleasant! We were in town for the Xcel regional gymnastic championships. The pool table was a great addition for guests. Highly recommend

We felt very welcomed in the home. This property was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being in the large yard. It is in a great location relative to everywhere we wanted to visit and dine.

Perfect location

This is a very clean and spacious home. Our family was staying here during our son’s baseball tournament at Lakepointe. The location was perfect! It was so nice coming back to a home with simple amenities. Our dog also enjoyed the large yard to play in. The host always responded quickly to our questions as well.

Perfect Location for Lakepoint Baseball

We came down with my family for PBR Futures baseball tournament. Perfect for 5 people. Quiet location. 10 minutes from the baseball complex and 25 minutes to see a Braves game. 35 minutes to downtown Atlanta and the airport. The house was clean and comfortable. Looked to be recently renovated. Had cable and streaming. Close to local beaches. We were very happy with the home. We would stay again. The owners communicated well and even though their house is on the same property, we wouldn’t have known it. Completely hands off unless we had questions and they were very responsive.

A Wonderful Peaceful Stay

This place was quietly nestled in the middle of nature. The house was clean, spacious and really felt like home. The location suited us perfectly as my son had football national tournament in LakePoint Complex in Emerson about 10 minutes away. Convenient store and restaurants were 5 minutes away and Walmart was also nearby. We decided to go to Cauble Park to enjoy some swimming and relaxation. That park did not disappoint! It is a sand beach with lakefront view surrounded by forest trees. We also drove to Downtown Ackworth and had dinner at a local Italian restaurant that was really nice. Host was very responsive and checked in on us everyday to make sure we didn’t need anything. I looked forward to every morning sitting outside in the deck to drink my coffee and just absorb the sounds of nature. This place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Home away from home

I rented this vacation home in July 2020 for two nights to see my sister and nephews on the way back home from visiting a family member on hospice. From the very first rental and communication with the property owners it was an easy process! GPS found the property without any difficulty. The house has a carport and code lock for easy entry. The home had everything we needed during our stay (dishes, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some dishwasher soap pods, and even had body wash/toothpaste/ and mouthwash) The master bed was comfortable and the tv’s were easy to use...we loved being able to put our Netflix accounts up temporarily for the kids to watch their shows during downtime. The yard is large, the deck and front porch have adorable twinkle lights on them and we enjoyed sitting outside listening to the sounds of nature...plenty of insects buzzing and chirping. We saw lightning bugs, which was a big hit for my little ones! The master shower is huge and we had plenty of hot water. The only issues we had during our stay was that the ice machine didn’t seem to work though the water from the fridge did and after using the dishwasher twice it stopped working...I’m sure the owners will address those issues right away though. The stairs leading down to the basement would be precarious for little ones so I would recommend a baby gate if you have small kids with you. We blocked the door to keep our little guys safe during our stay. Would have liked some chairs on the back deck to make it more inviting as well. I also felt that the front door entry area was a bit bare. FYI: the owners live right next door in case that is an issue for you, we personally liked that for the convenience in case we had any issues. I would definitely choose this home again on a future visit with my family! I’m sure others will enjoy it also!

Quiet, Spacious, Well-Equipped

Very responsive host. Spacious home located midway between Woodstock, GA and Acworth, Georgia. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of fluffy towels, our bed was great. It is a short hop to Highway 92, where grocery stores, gas stations, etc. are located. Very quiet. Had one small problem which was fixed immediately. The home could use a little TLC, but nothing to mar a stay. Easy to get to Allatoona Lake as well.

Weekend Stay

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The hosts even stocked it with snacks! Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working while we were there. The hosts were prompt and courteous and worked diligently to correct the problem. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.
