Welcome to On Kure Time. We are excited to add this luxury town home to our A1 inventory. This home was built in 2020 and was never intended to be a rental. The owner has furnished it with beautiful high-end furnishings, smart TV's, the best mattresses, custom finishes throughout the home, and it is in pristine condition!

There are 3 levels with an elevator for your convenience. We offer 3 bedrooms and an office that has a twin bunk bed for the kids.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious king bedroom decorated in soothing coastal colors with a ceiling fan and smart TV. Adjacent is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo finished with custom tile and granite countertops. Located on this floor is an extra room/office set up with a twin bunk bed and a wall mounted smart TV & desk.

As you make your way to the second floor, you will find a large primary suite. It includes a ceiling fan, smart TV, desk area if you need to work and an outdoor balcony for relaxing. There is a spacious en suite bathroom with a custom tile walk in shower in the shades of the sea, granite counter tops, double sinks and a separate toilet area. Your walk in closet provides plenty of space for your clothing and luggage. The second bedroom on this floor has two full size beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo also with custom tile and granite.

The third floor welcomes you to a beautiful open floor plan which is perfect for big family dinners, board games or movie watching on the large TV. Once again, the serene coastal colors and upscale furnishings set the tone for a place where you can completely relax.

In the garage you will find more amenities to complete your perfect stay. A gas grill, surf boards, beach chairs and a beach wagon. The ocean is right across the street and the beach access is a short four-minute walk. There is parking for a total of three cars - one in the garage and two in the driveway.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
