In the heart of aggieland, a luxurious fully equipped townhome awaits you and yours! Tootsie's LUX Townhome is a 3 Story, 2300 SF, 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Modern Townhome! Ultimate comfort during your stay is our goal.

Tootsie's is stocked to make you feel right at home. Keypad entry allows for easy check-in and access. Upon entering, you will be greeted by beautiful wood floors, a staircase with custom carpet and a hallway that leads to the garage, bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The 1st floor bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. It has ample counter space, a shower tub combo and a walk-in closet with a rollaway twin along with ample storage space.

The second floor is perfect for entertaining. Your dining area greets you with an abundance of natural light. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table. The kitchen has a large 8 foot long island with barstools for 3. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances and a coffee bar with a Keurig. Our pantry is stocked with extra touches such as a mini air fryer and crock pot. Enjoy your favorite meals at home in our fully stocked kitchen. We have a fabulous bar with ample counter space, bar essentials.

The living room invites you to kick back and relax around the 72" Smart HDTV with surround sound. We have a comfortable sectional and two chairs that provide seating for 8. Nestle around the gas fireplace during the cold months with a flip of a switch. The French doors and windows provide ample natural light and we have floor to ceiling curtains for privacy.

The stylish half bath is located just off the living room next to the second set of stairs. Atop the stairs the laundry room is situated between the primary suite and third bedroom. Our stocked laundry room is yours to use during your stay. The primary suite has a king bed with plush bedding, couch, dedicated work space with a HD smart tv. The spa like en suite bathroom has double sinks, a rain head shower, body sprayer, soaking tub and private potty room. The closet is massive with lots of drawers and hanging space. The luxurious third bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom, that has a tub shower combo, a walk in closet, rollaway twin bed and a HD smart TV.

There is a second refrigerator in the garage for you to use during your stay. Our internet is super fast! 1 Gig wifi!!! We hope you feel right at home at Tootsie's! We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. We did not cook but enjoyed all the wonderful restaurants near by. Great space and convenient location.

Perfect experience!

Summary: Amazing property! I’d give it 10 stars! The best VRBO experience we have ever had! You’ll never want to leave! Our description: Luxurious & tastefully appointed, yet very comfortable, and right in the heart of Aggieland. Excellent communication with owner! Our details: Property is decorated like a high end hotel/home. Very lovely, very nicely decorated and comfortable, and no details were spared when it comes to comfort: large tv’s, surround sound, remote control fans and custom window treatments, large back yard (puppy friendly), excellent lay out for large groups or a couple, well-appointed & well-organized kitchen with brand new high end appliances, and every conceivable kitchen tool needed to settle in and use the kitchen. House & bathrooms are super clean and organized, and emphasis on the design and comfort of elegant and high end master bath! Owner has nice high quality everything in this house from carpeting to appliances to linens. This is a VRBO you’ll never want to leave and look forward to revisiting! As for the area: The area is safe and a block away from the hustle and bustle of Aggieland where all the good restaurants are located on University Drive, not too far away from campus. The quiet neighborhood and the house= a great place to call your new Aggieland home away from home. Book, you will not be disappointed! To Shelby: Thank you again so much for your hospitality (and the gesture of the gift basket with snacks upon arrival)! Our experience: My fiancé and I made an impromptu trip from out of state, and we booked last minute. Shelby, the owner, was quick to reply to our request to access the property a day early, and she was accommodating and kind enough to respond to a late evening request to extend the stay another day. Yes, we were so completely comfortable at her home, we wanted to stay!
