Located 22-25 minutes from Texas A&M University Campus, Dry Creek Ranch is a refreshing retreat for gamedays, or a breathtaking escape for a family weekend. Explore downtown Bryan with unique shops and restaurants, Messina Hof Estate Winery is nearby and features an amazing executive chef for that upscale dinner celebration, or a delicious burger Joe’s Place, or try the seafood boil on Thursday nights for a special treat~!

Beautifully situated on over 100 acres, Dry Creek Ranch is secluded and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway to watch the wildlife. Dry Creek Ranch features a fully renovated farmhouse, and an elegant floor plan, delicately arranged to make you feel right at home! The chef-style kitchen is a wonderful mix of farmhouse and modern, with stainless appliances, the granite countertops are wide and spacious, and the eating bar makes an excellent serving area for that delightful family buffet.

The living room features a large smart TV, a striking rock fireplace, and comfortable seating perfect for gamedays or entertainment. The dining area seats six and the bar adds additional seating, all accented by wooden pillars and beams, excellent for dining, enjoying the game, or being close to family and friends.

Step into the beautiful bedrooms, featuring generous closet space and charming rustic decor. The primary bedroom provides a king-size bed with a full bathroom, a walk-in shower, and plenty of counter space. The second bedroom provides two comfortable queen-size beds, a perfect space for friends. The third bedroom also features a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom features a king-size bed and closet! The 2nd full bath is in the hallway for easy access for all. All beds feature comfy and cozy linens and tasteful décor for a great night’s sleep!

End the evening with a cold beverage and watch the sunset, and wildlife roam the land…there’s no telling what mother nature will bring for your viewing pleasure, deer, geese, or wild turkey.

Dry Creek Ranch is a paradise, the perfect place to relax and let the kids run and play, while you sit and unwind, or start up the gas grill and have your very own tailgate! The best spot to stargaze is on the outdoor deck or gather around the huge firepit and roast marshmallows for smores and tell stories late into the night.

The large driveway provides ample space for parking approximately 4-6 vehicles. Come and stay with us today and enjoy the Dry Creek Ranch!!!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Gate Code and Keypad within the digitally signed Booking Agreement.
Must be 25 years or older and digitally sign Booking Agreement.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: DRY CREEK RANCH IS NOT PET FRIENDLY: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agree prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found on the property without previous agreement with the Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is in the Pet Addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property, in the driveway. The owner must be able to access pastures and roads to feed the livestock. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property except in the firepit when there is not a Burn Ban in effect; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move the grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in its original position and clean it after each use.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in the outside trash cans near the garage. A $20 charge if this rule was not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure.

18. Guests must wait for the gate to fully open before entering and be sure when exiting that the gate has closed behind them. Guests must remain in the fenced area around the house unless arriving or exiting the ranch. DO NOT ROAM THE RANCH.

19. Owners personal items and fridge are located inside the pantry/laundry, please refrain from consuming any and all items located within the pantry/laundry room area. The owner has the kitchen fridge and many cabinets available for you during your stay.
