Il s'agit d'un 1 455 s très confortable et bien situé. F. 3 lits (Master 1 King, Second Bedroom 1 Queen,
Troisième chambre 2 lits jumeaux) 2 salles de bain condo en bord de mer.
Le condo est situé directement sur la plage avec une vue sur le golfe depuis le balcon, le salon, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Il est joliment meublé, dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre (la télévision principale mesure 42 pieds de haut), lecteurs DVD, Internet sans fil gratuit, appels interurbains gratuits en Amérique du Nord, câble numérique haute définition avec des centaines de stations, buanderie dans l'unité, barbecue et grillades sur place, piscine chauffée, toilettes et vestiaires sur le pont de la piscine ainsi que de nombreuses autres fonctionnalités.
Le condo est extrêmement propre et est constamment mis à jour étant donné que c'est notre maison loin de chez nous.
C'est une unité au quatrième étage avec un grand balcon donnant sur la plage de sable fin avec de superbes couchers de soleil.
Indian Shores possède une large plage de sable qui se trouve à quelques pas de la piscine commune chauffée. Immeuble très calme et propre en retrait de Gulf Blvd.
Le stationnement est inclus au niveau de la rue sous le bâtiment.

The unit definitely lived up to its billing as a gorgeous, gulf front condo! The unit was beautiful, had a fantastic view of the sunset from the balcony, a very well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. The host was very accommodating and responsive to the questions that we had. The pool and other common elements of the building were in excellent shape. The location is excellent with many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this unit!

Property was well maintained and John was very responsive. Beach and pool were both so much much fun and enjoyed by all. Gorgeous sunsets!! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Family Trip

This condo was a perfect spot for our family vacation. We have two small kids and grandma and grandpa that joined us on this trip. The access to the ocean and the pool were perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we would need to prepare meals, I was very impressed and would definitely come back.

The property and location were perfect for our stay. Lots of things to do and great restaurants. Nearby bird sanctuary was a real surprise! Loved hearing the gulf at night and enjoyed the sunsets. Our grandson loved the pool and gulf waters. Host was responsive to our inquiries. Check in and check out were a breeze. Will definitely plan to stay again.

Low-key family vacation on white beaches

We had a great vacation! Beautiful beach and ocean view. Only "wishes" was that there was more than 1 working elevator (you'd have to wait sometimes as everyone in the building uses the small elevator), and 2 that it was in walking distance to restaurants/bars. Otherwise it was a nice place and we would return.

Beautiful Beach condo

Wonderful condo on the beach. Comfortable beds. Clean kitchen with washer and dryer. Balcony had a great view of the pool and beach. The location was perfect for restaurants and shopping in both directions. Can't wait to visit the same condo next year. We usually stay in Destin but wanted a change this year. I think we found our new favorite spot!

Joe was a responsive host. The property was as listed. The unit was clean. We eat most of our meals at the condo and the the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the perk of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Nice large walkable sandy beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and view

We had a wonderful time during or stay here. The condo is exactly as advertised and has all you need to enjoy your stay. The sunset sky off the deck is just incredible. Easy acess to the beach from the condo. We did have the opportunity to see another condo in this association and this one has many upgrades from the one we saw (updated kitchen and baths, etc) We fell in love with Indian Shores a few years ago and keep going back. Close to everything but quiet uncrowded beaches. Fabulous restaurants and people! The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We would stay here again and recommend this unit!

Fun time

The property was great. Pool and pool area very clean. Easy access to the beach which was a nice and close walk. The unit itself was nice but could use some updating such as the shower. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for use which was great. A downside was the sandy floors upon arrival. I don’t believe they were swept at all. Something you expect if you are paying a cleaning fee. We enjoyed our time and believe we would rent there again.

Thanks for your review. It would have been good to be advised about the sandy floors so we could have sent the cleaning crew back to fix the problem. We can’t do anything about the problem if we don’t know about it. We have never had this problem before. Also, please let us know about how the shower can be updated. More specific information is needed to act on your review. We have had only great reviews on the cleaning as you would see if you read our previous reviews.

It was ok...

The property is a very nice property located right on the beach however the property was not clean when we arrived and it took several days to get a cleaning crew out there using the pool was effortless however because there were a lot of non owner guess there it was littered loud music was obtrusive and it was not a relaxing enjoyable experience for our family. As hosts are self and frequent travelers 2 Clearwater and the surrounding area for over 20 years this was definitely the poorest experience we had in acquiring a rental

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at other units in this complex but this one was especially well-decorated and very spacious. A lot of thought and effort was put into making this a beautiful unit. It is only matched by the gorgeous view of the gulf from the living room and the balcony. All of the appliances were newer and worked perfectly. The unit was spotless when we arrived, which is always appreciated. Beach equipment and pool equipment was also provided for guest use. There were three bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. One of the best things about staying here was that the complex was right on the beach, so after just a few steps, the toes were in the sand. Members of our group really liked the fact that cabanas were available for rent on the beach. The condo location was close to restaurants and our favorite coffee shop. We utilized the gas grill that was provided on the pool deck, and the kitchen was equipped well enough so we could cook if we wanted to. One thing we especially liked was that the unit had cable tv. The only suggestion I have is to have brighter lighting in the second bathroom and queen bedroom. Everything else was perfect. We had a great time and hope to be back again! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation despite red tide coming in .

The property owner was very responsive to my questions. We had a great trip but would recommend the place be cleaned better. We notice the mirrors behind the couch have large black spots all over them. The floor gave us black feet so I went and bought mopping solution so I could mop the floors. I also washed the bathroom rugs as they had not been washed and I saw hair on the bathroom floor. The front of the master bathroom cabinets needs a good wipe down as does the front of the base of shower door- there is a thick brown scum on it. The location of the condo was accurate. It was nice sitting on the porch and overlooking the beach. Red tide came in so we drove down the road to sand key park where so far the dead fish had not started to arrive. The kitchen was well equipped. Only one parking spot and if you have a large vehicle it won’t fit under the parking deck. We had two vehicles -mine fit in the spot but my son drives a large truck and it could not fit under the low ceiling so he parked down the road at my parents condo that they were renting. Their is guest parking but limited spots. You have to use a key fior everything . No punch key codes so to get on elevator to go up to room you had to have a key. To go to pool you had to have a key. We take 3-4 vacations a year and I’ve never stayed somewhere where we had to have a physical key for so many things. Overall we enjoyed our trip but it wasn’t a condo we would stay in again because of the lack of cleanliness , keys, and parking.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that we learned about the cleanliness of the condo within your review. Nothing can be done if we are not aware. You do credit us for responding quickly to tour questions previous to your stay. A call to us would have secured the cleaning crew coming to meet with your satisfaction. We are Canadian and the US/Canada border has been closed for at least 1.5 yrs which has not allowed us to do our deep cleaning as usual. As for other complaints, you were aware that we had one designated parking spot previous to your stay. A lot of your complaints are joint matters decided by the condo's Board. We could have done something about the cleaning if you had advised us.
