Beach House - Short Walk to Pier!

A short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and bars. We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable space for our guests. This will certainly be a great home away from home.

The house has three distinct spaces that have all been combined to create the perfect place for groups or a large family.

There are 2.5 kitchens, 2 living spaces, lots of outdoor space and of course 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers.
The fully equipped main kitchen features a fridge/freezer, range, dishwasher, stove, microwave, also a coffee maker, toaster and instant water heater are all included.
The main living room as well as 2 of the additional bedrooms have flatscreen TVs with premium cable channels such as HBO, Showtime and more.

The smaller LOFT bedroom has its own street facing patio, its own entry, a sofa, premium cable TV and a smaller kitchen and en suite bathroom.

A third, smaller bedroom also has an en suite bath, premium cable TV and its own entrance and a fridge as well as coffee maker and microwave.

There is a shared backyard space with a small charcoal bbq grill and additional seating areas as well.

Each bedroom has a small desk and chair for your work away from home and each bathroom has towels, hairdryers as well as shampoo, body-wash and more,

GREAT PLACE for three couples or extended family that want to share costs and enjoy benefits such as privacy, their own entry into their space, own TV and bathroom and common spaces such as a larger living room, kitchen and backyard to hang out together.

This is a completely private space with a private entrance.

We are always available through the booking platform. We have tried to automate as much of the process as possible. However, we are locals and love to give recommendations.

Location, location, location... Lauderdale By The Sea is quickly becoming one of the hottest spots near Fort Lauderdale. Amazing beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, and a great fishing pier are just steps away.

Uber is very affordable and easy from our location. You will have a parking space if you need it and we are located within a short walk from everything you need for a great beach vacation.

The unit is only a few blocks from the beach and local nightlife, and one block to the supermarket. There is a laundromat about 4 blocks away. Parking spaces are available.

A copy of a picture ID will be required for reservations at this property to prevent credit card fraud.
