Welcome to Timber Hill house! Relax and unwind at our home perched atop a beautiful ravine set on 5 wooded acres.

Before entering the home you’ll find a large front porch with a couple of rocking chairs to relax on while taking in the quiet country scenery.

Once you’re inside you’ll be greeted by a large living room set in transitional decor with a sectional pull out couch, electric fireplace, 65” 4K smart TV, vintage record player, books, games and a couple of comfortable chairs.

Next to the living room is a large eat in kitchen with a sizable dining table with 6 chairs for a nice sit down meal. The kitchen has all of your cooking basics to make a meal for family and friends. Also in the kitchen is a coffee bar with Keurig single serve, drip and a French press. (Starter coffee pods, tea, creamer and sugar provided).

Also on the first floor we have a game room for your competitive needs. In there you’ll find a retro arcade game with Ms Pac-Man and Galaga. A Pop-A-Shot basketball game and an electronic dartboard to round out the fun.

There’s a washer and dryer on the first floor for use after getting dirty during your daily hikes. (Complimentary laundry pods provided).

On the second floor you’ll find the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with attached full bathroom, walk in closet and a full length mirror.

The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a full bathroom. There’s ample space for clothing in the bedroom closets.

All beds have brand new memory foam mattresses to recover from all your adventures throughout the Hocking Hills.

At the back of the house you’ll find a large deck overlooking a picturesque ravine. There’s a dining table and charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal if you’d like to grill). Grilling utensils are provided.

Just below the back deck sits the brand new hot tub. Room for six with plenty of jets for your enjoyment.

To round out the yard we have a firepit area with a couple wood benches for the chilly nights.
