This 4th-story 2BR/2.5BA condo offers stunning views of the white-sand beach and the Gulf. Walk just 5 minutes to spend the day at the beach, or relax at home in the sparkling community pool. Watch the sunset over the water from the private balcony. Luxe amenities, like an on-site fitness center and sauna, will make your stay one for the books.

LIVING AREA

After a day by the water, retreat to the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and two armchairs. Gather around the 39” cable TV to watch your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors to the balcony create an effortless indoor/outdoor flow.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and 40” smart TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, water closet, and tub/shower combination.

A second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-queen bunk bed (with twin trundle below) and 32” cable TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, water closet, and a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy views of the beach and Gulf from the fourth-story balcony, furnished with seating for two.

Find fun for the whole family at the complex’s sparkling pool (4’ deep). Relax in the sauna, or make use of the community grills and fitness center.

THE LOCATION

Walk just 5 minutes to the beach! A plethora of shops, restaurants, and amenities abound just 2 miles away in downtown Gulf Shores.

Visit local attractions, like historic Fort Morgan (25 miles), the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (3.5 miles), or the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge (13 miles). Or travel 25 minutes north to the OWA amusement park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Declined under new management

Dryer did not work and was not addressed during stay. Was charged for parking, which was previously included. No person to directly reach out to regarding issues. Just a corporate number to call and be routed to a call center. No beach chairs or beach wagon which were all there and in good condition in previous visits

Nice, Large Condo with easy beach access but had it's issues...

I struggled with writing a poor review because I really don't want to be too critical, I get things happen. I will say All in All the Condo ended up being quite adequate for what we needed and there were some pro's I'll mention below, and the property management did end up eventually working with me on the main issue we had but only after days of being quite persistent. Pros- - Very nice size...we were family of 5 and had plenty of space. -Elevators worked quickly -Large full size windows were wonderful. -Pictures are pretty accurate (aside from pool) -Easy and quick access to beach -Easy Check in and Check out -Nice extra's ( a cart to take to the beach was a huge plus!) Good Chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, boogie boards. Cons- -Fire Alarm in guest room was removed from the wall -There were sanded patches all over the way and while we were staying...workers from the building knocked on our door requesting to come in and sand them down some more!!! We were getting ready to leave for beach but didn't feel comfortable leaving them in condo by themselves...only lasted 15 min but was sort of awkward. -No dish soap for Kitchen and no hand soap for bathrooms -Fan wasn't working in guest room -Coffee Maker was chipped and seemed to work on and off -The dryer made horrible high pitch noise -POOL IS CLOSED!!!! WITH NO NOTIFICATION For a few days...I would recommend this place, but not sure I'd stay here again for a full week. I do believe the property managers have possibly changed the price of the condo as of late to reflect the pool closure but it's still a HUGE amenity that travelers are expecting that they won't be able to use.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wont EVER recommend Turnkey to anyone. When we checked in the place was dirty. There was a shirt and trash on the floor in the bedroom from the previous guest. They obviously did not vacuum the carpet because the vacuum did not work. I requested a vacuum and that took days. The nightstand in the master had food and sticky stuff all over the top of it. The bed on the top bunk wasnt made. They did not leave any bed pillows on the Queen size bed. There were several DIRTY dishes in the cabinet. The pool was not opened and I had called TWICE before booking to make sure there would be a pool for my small children. I was told TWICE there would be a pool. Everytime I texted or called I was told that they were really sorry and that a manager would contact me and they never did. I would also text them and I would get the same automated text message back. It took them 2 days to bring my daughter a bed pillow, it took them 2.5 days to get someone over to fix our master shower that was clogged since night one. We were all 7 showering in one bathroom. There was one day we came home from the beach to find our door wide open and a woman painting it. There was a man that asked if he could come rewire our cable. The next day someone wanted to come in and sand the walls. The smoke detectors were so old in the bedrooms that they would randomly go off. All of this and Turnkey has yet to contact me. I called and texted so many times during out stay and the week after. I was told multiple times that managament would contact me that day. This was a month ago!

Family fun and beautiful atmosphere

The views are breathtaking 😍. Our unit was very spacious and other than a small amount of dust on a few fixtures it was very clean! Beds were super comfortable. The rental company was extremely quick to help with any questions. My only real complaint was that 2 days before our trip was over the pool was out of commission for "maintenance". Super comfortable experience and will definitely use again!

Nice property

We would rate it a good for cleaning. We did find a lot of cereal and other food on the floor and very little efforts to vacuum the sand out of the floor/carpet. Additionally, our youngest has found candy under furniture that we have had to take from him. Other than that, everything with cleaning was fine. Livermore, the property managers did reach out to clean up while we are at the facility… It just would’ve been intrusive with napping, we’re leaving, etc. What we were really more disappointed in is the fact that the condo has a swimming pool and hot tub under construction. It is obvious that it has not worked for a while, and would’ve been nice to have been notified that. This is especially true with four kids, two under six, that were very interested in getting into the pool because they’ve never been the ocean before. Disappointed.

Good property

Very pretty location, just a short walk from the beach. Very easy access for check-in, and property management was very communicative throughout. Cleanliness could’ve been better, as some sand, cereal, and crackers or on the floors and rugs from previous guests. This made it a challenge for toddlers wanting to pick it up and eat. Biggest disappointment was the advertised pool was under construction, and it has been for a while. This was one of the determining factors for choosing the property, as my toddlers have never been to the beach and we wanted to ease them in with the pool... Disappointed.. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Review

Pool was under construction and we were not told. Take toilet paper, you are only given so much. No extra garbage bags so pack your own. Only one kitchen towel and dish rags so take extra. Only one bath towel provided per person so take extra. Bedroom fan and light in one room didn't work. Bedroom fan in master with only one speed, high, so had to keep it off. Fan and light have no separate switch so had to unscrew the light bulbs to run the fan at night. But it was too cold on high so had to keep it off. Fridge leaking on floor so had to keep a beach towel down. Great location for off beach! Very nice condo.

I wont EVER recommend Turnkey to anyone. When we checked in the place was dirty. There was a shirt and trash on the floor in the bedroom from the previous guest. They obviously did not vacuum the carpet because the vacuum did not work. I requested a vacuum and that took days. The nightstand in the master had food and sticky stuff all over the top of it. Some Good, Some Bad

Great location with just a short walk to the beach (you do cross a fairly busy road). The decor was nice but we found ourselves needing things that were not there. For example, there wasn’t any hand soap in the soap dispensers, we were only given one pod for the dishwasher and a couple of the remotes did not have batteries. All things we overlooked. We had to call for an additional parking pass. We were told we would have two and got there and only one was left for us. The major thing was the pool was under construction. I wish we would have been noticed on that, that was one of the main reasons we booked this VRBO. The workers started very early making it hard to use the balcony. Very disappointed in that. Overall, not bad. I would book again if the pool was open.

Wonderful

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need to cook for your family and it’s very equipped for the beach. Our sister and brother- in-law stayed in the same building and did not have nearly as nice furniture or decor. This condo is beautiful. The owners/manager was always in touch in case we needed anything. The location is also very close to restaurants and shopping but yet still quiet and very family oriented. It’s also a short walk to the beach. We had a great time! Would love to come back in the future.

Great place

We were impressed with the condo, well furnished and spacious. Very pretty views. The communication from the property manager was better than I have ever experienced. Check in was a breeze. Received a discount on extending our stay for one night, and was an easy process. No complaints whatsoever. Will stay here again!

Great View!
