Sanibel 307 is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. This stunning unit offers the best of both worlds with beautiful Gulf views on one side and peaceful sunset lagoon views on the opposite side. The condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering an ideal space for family and friends to enjoy their stay.

Impeccably decorated by a local designer, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and seating for 10, making it easy to prepare meals and entertain. The living area is perfect for unwinding, with a large flat-screen TV for watching your favorite movies and sports events. A dining table and barstools provide additional seating for meals and socializing.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and private balcony access, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views right from your room. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom also has a queen bed. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Functionally good! Our family of 7 slept comfortably. Location is great, too. Only complaints were there were many dings in the walls, some drip stains on walls, broken doors, etc which weren't a huge issue but we felt we had to take photos and send the first day so we weren't unnecessarily charged. Otherwise all was great!

Wonderful property. The only issues were the front bedroom was warm, and when we arrived, we unloaded the vehicle to our condo , I went to the bathroom, found our parking pass, and before I could get it in the vehicle, had a warning citation. What?!? Did they watch us pull in? Not a great way to be greeted. But, we had a fantastic stay!

Our visit was spectacular! The condo was perfect. Great location & proximity to the beach. The condo was clean & spacious. I would stay there again & recommend to others. The only issue i had was communication from the host. They did not communicate details about check in like they should have....I had to ask questions about the check in process so it would be stress free. Communication needs to be better.

Wonderful rental to stay in. Very clean and comfortable to stay at. Pool was nice to have when we could not go in the water at the beach. Maintenance was very friendly and willing to help with any issues. But here were my issues. In the confirmation there was no where on there which unit you will be staying in. So in that fact, you almost think someone is ripping you off. So I had to text management on that. I had to text management for the code and received it about 2 hours before check in. And then try and find the code box where to get the keys was very confusing. Directions or a location of where this is would be very helpful. And then you have to pay for parking in cash which was to be expected but where do you get that. No clue and no details to tell you. Had to asking security guard that was giving me a warning ticket. When getting a lot of info, it was pretty vague. For being very organized person, this was pretty stressful to say the least and hoping everything will turn out okay. Still going to say it was a great stay just need to update the information that is presented so the vacations don’t have to be so worrisome.

September 2023 Stay

The check in process was great, the condo was perfect for our family. Each family had their own personal bathroom. It had all the kitchen items we needed. We had our own beach toys, but there were boards, sand buckets and other Beach items available. Everyone was very friendly. The views were beautiful. The weather could not have been more perfect. The water was crystal clear. It was a wonderful vacation and we all hated to leave. Definitely will be back!!!â˜€ïžđŸŒŠđŸ–ïž

Our whole family visits GS each year! We love it at Sanibel!! Condos are new, modern, and large. Love the big pool and great parking and bike storage. Rental was easy, condo was great!

Large Space - Close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall pleasant stay in this condo. We had seven people, and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The condo was equipped with the basic necessities we needed while vacationing. Everything was clean when we arrived and management was super quick when we called about a missing key. The only “problem” with the condo was it was in need of a few updates. The leather on the dining room chairs was starting to peel - not a big deal, but did lessen the overall appearance of the condo. Also, the carpet in the bedrooms had some stains - again, not a big deal - just an update that might be made in the future! Also, note that there is a $35 parking fee for each car once you arrive.

Relaxing for me - fun for the kids

Place was perfect- I brought my daughter and a couple of friends to Hang Out fest, and this place was perfect. I had a relaxing vacation and the girls enjoyed their time on the beach and at the festival. The unit had plenty of room for all of us and was equipped. Thank you.

2 week Vaca

We stayed for 2 weeks. The unit is very large and spacious. More than enough room for the 9 of us! Large balcony on front and a small back balcony off the master overlooking the bay. Plenty of parking too! The walk to the beach was much shorter than expected. The beds were a little firm for our liking but definitely wouldn’t stop us from renting again. You’ll never find a bed like your home bed. The only complaint we had was the key and lock to get in the unit. We didn’t report it but could definitely use some maintenance. Sometimes it would take a couple minutes of jiggling the knob before you could turn the key and unlock the door. The water was so clear during our stay. Tons of fish, even a large manatee swam by! The unit/beach isn’t crowded which is a huge plus in my opinion. Yet it was so close to all the shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sanibel 307. Another plus is they don’t require a Saturday to Saturday stay which is impossible to do with my husband’s work schedule.
