The Space:
Very spacious with an open floor plan that allows ocean views from the full kitchen (garbage disposal, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, smooth top range, blender, toaster, etc.) dining room & living room combo, master bedroom and master bath! Plus master bedroom ceiling fan, full length mirrored closet doors, full private bath, TV, a very comfortable Cool gel mattress , sitting area beside Beachside window, Blackout Blinds and private balcony door, etc etc.!

Guest Access:
This entire 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo is completely private with a private balcony! Shared space includes a beachside pool ( heated in cooler months) along with a large outdoor patio and outdoor gas grills and and a very short boardwalk to the beach and one of the only restaurants and Tiki huts right beside the ocean!

Great Location

Great location, could use better mattresses or mattress pads on beds, blackout curtains would be nice too. Convenience having a restaurant behind condo and market across the street

Great Gulf View, Nice Balcony, Perfect Location

This condo had all we needed to enjoy our stay at the gulf. It is right on the beach and in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The condo was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and with it being right on the beach we had many nice evenings sitting on the comfortable porch and watching the sun set.

Great Stay

We stayed here for a few days during a cheer competition. We loved everything about the property. It is close to restaurants and has a market right across the street, right on the beach, and plenty of space for a family of four. The pool is heated and there was always a security guard on site. We did have an issue with a unit on a higher floor having the water heater leak. Building maintenance was there before we could even call anyone and did their best to not disrupt our trip while addressing the problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is amazing!!

The location of the condo is perfect! You are within walking distance to places to eat like the amazing Sea n Suds and the Hang Out. You are one door away from the elevator which takes you down to the pool and beach access. Everything in the condo works well and the kitchen is stocked with small appliances, dishes and pots and pans so you can definitely save money by eating in. Our only complaint is with the cleaning crew. It was not horrible but the outside patio looked like it had been missed prior to our stay as the table had coffee spilled on it. Nothing major but if there is a cleaning fee you expect it to be 100%. There were a few more minor issues with cleanliness, but the location more then makes up for the minor imperfections. We would definitely stay again!

Thanks for your feedback. Even though I'm glad there were several things you liked about my place I have now hired a new cleaning service since your stay because of your feedback and other past issues that wasn't getting any better. I apologize and was disappointed to hear this and would have been glad to send them back over if I had known during your stay. Me and my team will continue to try and improve for my future guests so I hope you will consider being my guest again at one of my several locations at the beach, on the lake and soon to be in the Smokey Mountains. Thanks again for being my guest and safe travels!

Beware Beware Beware

Worst experience I’ve ever had with VRBO! Absolutely zero communication with owner, and I made multiple attempts. We arrived for check-in 4:30 pm. We opened the door to a pile of dirty towels, dirty dishes, no linens on bed and nasty bathrooms. Spent the next three hours communicating with various VRBO who also could not get the owner to communicate with them. The only positive I have is the location was perfect.

Beach was right out the back door! Heated pool right outside. Restaurant in the back was awesome. I sat on the balcony and listened to the water. It was fantastic outdoor sunbathe in private and watch the people. Loved it!!!

Great location. Nicely decorated.

We enjoyed our stay at The Boardwalk. Tastefully decorated condo. Easy check-in and check-out. We liked the keypad for the front door lock. No keys needed. Great view of the Gulf.

Fun times

Easy check in/check out. Good elevators. Lots of carts for loading and unloading. Pool is a little deep for young kids. Room met every expectation. Plenty of room and balcony had nice view of the Gulf and the roof of Sea and Suds. In room washer and dryer was very nice amenity.

5 Stars even with a hiccup or two

In life not all things go as planned, this trip was not exception. When we got to the condo the key pad on the door was not working. I will admit that in that moment I was flustered. We had a very stressful week leading up to our vacation as well as the actual trip to the beach. While I logged into the app to reach out to the owner another condo owner saw we were having issues. She went and got the maintenance guy for us, who was very helpful and friendly. He reassured us there would be a way to get us in. Between he and the owner they were able to get an onsite manager to let us in and give us a temp key. They determined the unit needed a new key pad, so the following day we did have to spend a few hours at the condo while this got changed out. Luckily our kiddos are older so this did not stop them. All in all everyone was friendly, worked quickly and all respected our time and that we were on a family vacation. As for the condo itself, it is super cute, very clean and comfortable. The location is great with the best views of the beach! LOVED IT!!!!

Would definitely stay in this condo again

The owner was quick to get back to us. Loved our room and location. Only thing that we had an issue with our 9 on our key pad didn’t work all the time. Our stay was amazing though.

Overall nice stay

Very clean, close to the beach, easy check in process, any issues we had the owner made sure to help us with. Very nice would consider staying again in the future.
