Welcome to Sanibel 1005, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in Gulf Shores, AL. This beautiful unit boasts a 28-foot porch, providing a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen TV for added comfort. The guest room offers a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a TV, and its own private bath, making it perfect for families or groups.

For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a queen sofa bed. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a dining table, ensures a convenient and enjoyable stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Absolutely stunning ocean view, in the back was the lagoon. Beds were soooo comfy. Condo was very clean, beach a 5 minute walk. Host was very responsive (thank you). Check in and out was easy. I will stay here again!!

Sanibel 1005 was very clean, had everything we needed. Was great for my whole family stay. Definitely will be booking one of owners property’s for future stays.

On the outside of Hustle and Bustle

This was a great property. It is located just outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to do whatever you want. Excellent!

September 2023 Stay

Really enjoyed staying here. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very well decorated. My family had a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again. Parking passes are $35 for each vehicle and are cash only.

I love Sanibel. Been staying in this condo building for years. Sanibel 1005 was a lovely decorated unit with everything you need. Great views, clean, well stocked.

Home away from home

It is a nice condo pretty much the same as advertised. Walk to the beach was a little further than what was described. Few of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful.

Great weekend

We had a wonderful experience on this property for Memorial Day weekend. The view from the 10th floor was beautiful. The only issue we had was a slow dryer. Other than that, it couldn’t have been better.

March 2020 Stay

What a privilege to have stayed at such a lovely comfortable condo. Had everything we needed. Most of all the view from our balcony. We went in lockdown mode for 3days and loved every minute of it. My only regret is that we didn’t book another day. Was such a blessing. Thank you

Check in to cleaning help...

The beds all had sand in them, the floors were not cleaned and the towels were wet and folded under the cabinets and had started to smell. There was also wet sheets still in the washer. I spent the first day washing and cleaning everything. If it had been cleaned it would have been perfect. This has not discouraged us from vacationing there again just thought the property owner should be made aware...
