The room was spotless when we arrived. Very beautiful place. Not much view of the beach due to all the new places being built but was still nice to sit out on the balcony to look around. View of the pool was nice shopping was just around the corner. Very beautiful place to stay. Has everything you need in the room to cook with or to make your favorite drinks with ( just minus the alcohol lol ). I would definitely stay here in this unit again.

Great Location - TERRIBLE SUPPORT from VACASA

Pros: Loved the location/ distance to and from the beach/ food/ shopping Cons: Terrible communication from vacasa staff. The AC broke early evening and we called roughly 20 times over the course of the next 12+ hours all to have a “maintenance” man show up and was told he couldn’t complete needed repairs. There was no accommodation offered for the immediate time being, while the condo was upwards of 85 degrees inside. The accommodation that was offered was to go out and get cool, get a dinner or something. Only to realize after the fact, that the reimbursement was only a “portion” of said bill. Pretty terrible service from Vacasa and their staff. The floors of the condo where absolutely disgusting, to the point, as soon as we got there, we let our son crawl around on the floor as he was cooped up in his car seat the majority of the day. Within 10 minutes, his arms, palms, legs and feet were completely black. Upon further inspection, boogers on the shower curtain, all cutlery/ dishes/ and pots and pans looked like somebody ate off them and placed them back in the cabinet. Our first night/ following day was spent cleaning, mopping, and washing everything. We had to go buy all the cleaning supplies locally in order to complete this. The bathroom rugs reeked of urine and we had to wash those as well. You know what we got for our troubles? A lousy $105 cleaning fee back. We won’t talk about the cost of the cleaning chemicals.. that’s too logical apparently. Definitely will never book a condo through vacasa ever again. If you ever have a problem, notify your bank right away to stop payment to vacasa before it’s too late and stay elsewhere. Once they get your money, you will not be reimbursed what you are owed.

Comfortable Condo!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was updated, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great - quick walk to the beach and close to shopping. We are already planning to stay here again but next time it will be for longer!
