Welcome to our home at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club, #3501. This
beautifully renovated condo is direct gulf front on the fabulous 5th floor
corner, and boasts over 40 feet of wraparound balcony, with views of
endless coastline and overlooking one of three pools on the property.
Although we've just purchased the unit, it's prior VRBO listing had a
4.8/5.0 score on reviews!

SSBRC is one of the few areas along the beach to be protected by a
lifeguard station (#6) manned by the city of Orange Beach.

The condo sleeps up to 8 with three bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen bed). Two
upgraded bathrooms complete the package. Wireless internet is accessible
throughout the unit. The master is gulf front with sliding doors for direct
balcony access.

The kitchen is well stocked. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for
your convenience. All linens are provided.

This unit has all newer appliances and new ceramic tile throughout,
designer granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, and flat screen TVs,
including a 40 inch in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a direct
view of the beach with a sliding glass door allowing direct access to the
balcony.

SSB&RC offers two newly surfaced lighted tennis courts (please provide your
own racquets and balls), two pools on the beach, one heated indoor pool
with a sauna and steam room, a clubhouse, a fitness room, shuffle board,
bbq area and a board walk that leads you to the two pools and the beach.
There are beach chair/umbrella rentals on the beach for rental through
Perdido Beach Service.

Located directly across the street are restaurants and plenty of things for
the kids to do, including Adventure Island, Fat Daddy's arcade and Bubba's
Seafood House. Within a short drive are many other great places to eat,
water parks, zoos, shopping, zip lining, boat and jet ski rentals,
parasailing, and many, many more great activities! Gulf Shores is less than
10 minutes away.

What we love about this property: easy access to the elevator and straight
down to the boardwalk. The grassy area where our boys can play, a large
community pool at the center of the complex and the smaller (quieter) pool
on our end. Inside feels like outside with the fantastic beach decor.

This a non-smoking, no pet unit.

For the safety and security of your vehicle, Seaside Beach and Racquet Club
requires a guest parking pass. The cost is $50 per vehicle fee good for
entire stay (up to 30 days) - limit 2 vehicles. Pass is purchased at the
guard stand upon arrival and they only take credit card.
