Il y a une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas. Seaside possède 2 piscines face à l'océan, une piscine intérieure, 2 superbes zones de grillades, des courts de tennis et une salle de fitness. Le bord de mer est situé directement sur la plage de sable blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est à seulement cinq miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Vous trouverez des commerces modernes à moins d'un mile. It was our first time staying at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Beautiful view, easy access to the beach and rooms. We will definitely be returning guests.

Room needs updates but we were only in the room to sleep and shower The 2 twin beds need to be switched to 2 Full size beds. Reviewer Comments: when we first arrived the hall bathroom was leaking when commode was flushed but was taken care of quickly. the sliding balcony door handle was very loose and i left a message on the counter for that to be reported. this is our 3rd time to stay in this rental and love the location and the whole complex. the old carpet had been replaced with flooring and new table, chairs and coffee table also replaced.management is always very prompt taking care of any problems. i love staying in this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re here for the beach, this condo is inexpensive and on the beach. The property manager was SO kind and helpful. I would 100% rent from this company again, but not this particular condo. Appreciated some updated items like some furniture and new flooring. However, the kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathrooms need major updating. The washer and dryer are NOT equipped for a 3-bedroom condo. Also, the condo sleeps 8 but only has 4 patio chairs. Legitimately cut my hand on the rusted master bathroom sink. And overall, the condo could use some deep cleaning - questionable stains/dirt on surfaces like dresser and closet doors.

Condo is nothing like the photos!! Extremely outdated was nasty upon arrival we had to clean the unit ourself carpets had stains everywhere not to mention dirty dishes. It claims pools are open until 10pm but there locked up before 8pm

Needs some minor attention and upkeep. Couple outlets missing covers. Still, for the price not horrible. However the facility, terrible for kids. Security constantly getting onto kids. Couldn't throw a football in the grass area, couldn't have music playing by pool at any volume. Not Coastals fault at all, just wouldn't recommend for kids that are active

The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced and other small things. Besides that the condo was great. We did have a problem with our air conditioner. Coastal properties stepped in, and was great working with us. They went out of their way to make sure that we were very satisfied.

Directions for leaving key was not clear at all! Also housekeeping came at 9:00 when check out was 1

The property was great’ condo wasn’t quite as clean as it should have been and housekeeping was very rude! They came at 9 when checkout clearly stated 10 and was very rude because we hadn’t left yet.

Not Cleaned and Not Properly Maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo should not be on the rental market until it has been cleaned, serviced and refurbished from top to bottom. The a/c filter was so dirty the a/c wouldn’t run more than 3 minutes, the a/c closet was full of lint and dirt, multiple lamps were missing bulbs, remotes missing batteries, furniture was dusty, missing baseboards, bathtub was dirty, glass dining table was streaked and had prints, carpet is dirty and stained, towels are stained and quite rough, a/c vent in bathroom missing cover (has a gaping hole in the ceiling), closets are crammed with an old stained pack-n-play, dirty blankets and “junk”, broken dining room chair that has been repeatedly reported to management, broken table on patio, filthy hood vent over stove, broken wall outlet covers, black mold on a/c vents. Roach was scrambling in bedroom on first night. All in all a real downer for our trip. We knew it was an older looking unit but did not expect the filth and lack of upkeep and maintenance. WiFi is spotty and weak - watching Netflix involves constant buffering. The best thing about the unit is the side view of the beach. This is a brutally honest review that I sure wish someone had submitted before our family spent our hard earned money on this unit. Management responded promptly when asked to bring light bulbs and a new a/c filter. Unfortunately the a/c still did not function properly with the clean filter and we had to remove it for the a/c to run. We have photos that are available but can't figure out how to post them here. Both the cleaning service and the management company should be fired!

Reviewer Comments: the condo was very clean. one of the twin bedbox springs was broken but management took care and got another one. needed bulbs replaced and new filter for air conditioner and that was done also. the heating and cooling thermastat was blank and not cooling condo but my husband put 2 new batteries and it worked great after that. management had someone to get the 2 tv in extra bedrooms working. there were some little things like that but management was always there and treated us great. i like the condo. so handy and the price was good. i will stay again

The view is INCREDIBLE!

The view and complex are incredible! The master bed is comfortable! Our only suggestion is to update the full size mattress, it is so old and broken down, you roll to the middle all night long. We couldn’t even use one of the twin beds because it had broken slates…. Thankfully we brought an air mattress. Several light bulbs were burnt out, we didn’t have any lights in the 2nd bedroom. We still really enjoyed our stay!!

Love the stay

The Condo was nice, The view was nice got to see the beach every morning was right off The beach which I loved it was Also Right in the Middle of everything with restaurants and shopping. The only bad thing is one of the twin beds need an new mattress it sinks in the middle, so if you don’t like to sleep in the middle of the bed it want be for you couldn’t really sleep on my side cause how it sinks In the middle it made My back hurt. But over all it was really nice Place to stay.
