Nous aimerions que votre famille et vos amis profitent de tout ce que Sugar Beach 331 a à offrir. Pour commencer, nous disposons de 3 piscines en front de mer (dont une pataugeoire), de belles vues sur le golfe, d'un snack-bar au bord de la piscine (ouvert en saison), d'une surface habitable de 1 200 pieds carrés sur 2 étages, et d'une unité joliment rénovée et très confortable peut accueillir 8 personnes. Notre bâtiment de faible hauteur vous évite les inconvénients liés aux propriétés plus grandes. Pas de longues files d'attente, trop de plages bondées ou une bataille pour une chaise longue au bord de la piscine!

Le premier étage dispose d'un grand salon et salle à manger qui comprend un bar, un canapé-lit gigogne et des plafonds voûtés. La cuisine dispose d’un grand comptoir, d’un bar pour le petit-déjeuner et d’un lave-linge / sèche-linge superposables. Cuisiner pour vos invités n'est pas un problème ici! L'étonnante chambre principale se trouve également à l'étage principal. Un lit king confortable, une salle de bain avec lavabo double et un balcon sont inclus! Il y a aussi une demi-bain supplémentaire au premier étage. Dernier point, mais non le moindre, le balcon avec vue latérale sur le golfe! Profitez d'un cocktail ou d'un bon livre et admirez le paysage. Le balcon est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale et comprend l’accès à un placard rempli de jouets de plage, de flotteurs, de boogie boards et d’autres accessoires de piscine / plage.

En montant au deuxième étage, vous trouverez deux chambres supplémentaires et un bain à remous. La première chambre comprend deux lits jumeaux et la seconde un lit queen. Les deux chambres disposent également d'une télévision à écran plat et la chambre double dispose d'un assortiment de jouets et d'un lit portable dans le placard. L'unité est également équipée d'une Xbox 360 et de quelques jeux conviviaux pour les familles.

Les installations communes incluent 4 piscines, 2 ascenseurs, un espace barbecue, des courts de tennis, un bar servant des en-cas au bord de la piscine et des boissons (ouvert en saison), un parking privé couvert pour 2 véhicules, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une promenade en bois sur l'un des plus vastes étendues. de plage de sable blanc sur le golfe du Mexique!

Very responsive owner.

The owner of this condo was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and close to all the fun things to do and places to eat. The beach is just steps away. The air conditioning for this condo is also excellent. If we come back this way again we will gladly rent it again. Thanks for a trouble free stay.

Great Family Getaway!

Our family of six stayed at this beachfront condo for five days and had a great time! The first day was a wash out w stormy weather however we had beautiful weather for the remainder of our stay. Every day we went down to the beach in the morning, popped back up to shower for some lunch out, and then went back to the beach, then pool. We did this every day and it was perfect being so close to both the beach and the pool (there are four to chose from so we never felt crowded at the pool). The condo is right on the main business strip so we found it easy to find great places for food and dessert when we ventured out. The condo has all the amenities you’d need. It isn’t fancy and is a bit out dated however it has everything you need for a family vacation experience. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony feeling he ocean breezes too. The elevator was super convenient and there are rolling carts for guests to borrow to tow groceries/bags up if needed, too. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo!

Excellent location/ great beach . Property pools and parking well maintained . Condo was spacious for 6 women and all amenities as promised. Lartigue Seafood across the street is the BEST shrimp and seafood I have ever had. Carry out and cooked to order.

Great Stay

Only problem was there's a whole in the ceiling of the kitchen and in one of the bedroom’s walls. I called the property management. There had been a link. I told them I didn’t mind if they sent someone to fix the holes. I was told someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever came. Other than that, great place to stay. Condo is nice, comfortable, like being at home…. Better cause the beach is outside. Lol

Few problems

We stayed at sugar beach 331. They had problems with plumbing leaking from bathroom through the ceiling dripping on refrigerator. They had several holes cut in the walls. One hole was directly over the stove and dripped on the stove while cooking. The dryer was very slow and had to be turned on 4 times to dry a load. Nice acces to the beach .

Location was perfect

The place was perfect for beach and pool access. Our house was very nice. There were some cosmetic flaws that could use some touch ups to make it more appealing and the patio furniture needs replaced on the deck. Overall it was on point.

DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE IS VERY OLD AND THE SERVICES ARE BAD

My experience was not pleasant, I had to pay for parking, and I never found a place nearby, we had to walk a lot to get to the elevator, an elevator that 80% of the time we were there did not work! my mother and father have knee problems due to rheumatism and they had to climb 6 stairs to the 3rd floor! 2 or three times a day, also the building is very old and neglected, the maintenance of the place was very bad, when I got to the condominium part of the kitchen ceiling was silent because there was a water leak from the toilet on the second floor and dripping My food that was in the bar, the refrigerator stopped serving ruining the food in the refrigerator where they will only reimburse me 50 dollars when I buy food for a whole week for 8 people ???? .... the balcony door does not It could be opened, the door of a closet did not close the wall had paint stains and dirt, the head of a twin bed fell silent on my daughter's head the first night we arrived because they are only superimposed, they are not glued to the beds, the stove was electric and the oyas leaned sideways when I cooked with hot oil it was super dangerous to cook there the air conditioning in the kitchen was liquidating on the floor the light sockets were almost shutting down and when we unplugged If we had to hold them so as not to pull them from the wall, the dishwasher did not turn on immediately, it took about an hour to wash the dishes, when I tried to pull the towel to dry it came with everything and the stick from the wall. And to top it off, the sofa that becomes a bed no longer has a sponge, my son practically lay down on the armchair tubes, plus the wifi never worked, we had to use our data ... most of the part of my stay I had to be calling the Office every time something happened with the services of the place and having to let in maintenance people to fix the problems of the place so I am not going to recommend this place at all and I would never rent any condominium of that place again I paid almost 2000 dollars to spend my vacations doing guts.

Loved It

This is a very clean and comfy condo that accommodated 7 people with ease. The actual condo had everything you could need in it and the beds were comfortable as well. The property owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. The only issue we had was with the elevators. They could use some updating and were not working at least once per day. These are in a great area with good access to all the fun and a nice beach. We have already discussed another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We always try to stay at sugar beach. This trip was our favorite place. The only thing that I wasn't happy with the sliding door wouldn't hardly open and the doors wouldn't lock.

A little piece of paradise

A beautiful property right on the beach. Very clean condo. Enjoyed that it was a smaller overall complex so not as many people on site. We absolutely loved our time at sugar beach.

Thanks for checking out our unit! Our names are Jamie and Dylan and we purchased our Sugar Beach condo in 2016. We currently live outside Atlanta and were looking for a place to comfortably and conveniently vacation with our family of 5. We love to travel and wanted to make sure that the beach was part of our children's lives, which is how we arrived at Sugar Beach! We have been married for 17 years and have 3 children (ages 15, 12 and 8). We hope your family will enjoy our condo as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Sugar Beach, and specifically our unit, as soon as we saw it! The amenities, particularity the beach front pools, snack shop and proximity to the beach, made Sugar Beach very desirable. We chose unit 331 because of the beautiful decor, recent renovation and, most importantly, the size and layout. The unit is large enough for our family of 5 plus guests. It was very important to us to find a condo that our parents or siblings and their families could join us at and we could all stay comfortably for a week (because no one like to go on vacation and be on top of each other or to be in a very tight space with a bunch of kids)! Sugar Beach is not a luxury building like some of the others further down the beach, but it is a classic beach property that provides fun, comfortable family amenities. We love to share the space with our family and friends and hope you will too!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The family friendliness of the complex makes it very special. Traveling with kids isn't always easy and Sugar Beach is really set up to make it as effortless and enjoyable as possible. The pools are gated separately, there are shady pavilions for a break from the sun, there is no busy road to cross to get to the beach, the snack shack has something for everyone, and we have a closet full of beach and pool toys! Also, because our building is a low rise, the beach is never jam packed. The time we spend here is special to our family and we would love to share it with yours!
