The open-concept living space features tile flooring throughout the main areas and a warm, inviting layout. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, microfiber couch, loveseat, and a cozy dining nook with seating for two, all flowing seamlessly to the private balcony. Step outside to enjoy tranquil views of the lush courtyard, sparkling pool, and sugar-white sands beyond—perfect for morning coffee or sunset unwinding.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and bar seating for four, making meals and entertaining effortless. A washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi add extra convenience.



The primary suite is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, tasteful décor, sitting chair, private en-suite bath, balcony access, and breathtaking Gulf views to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom offers a comfortable full-size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a captain’s bunk (twin over full) plus an additional twin bed. The condo comfortably sleeps 7, with accommodations for up to 9 guests using the sleeper sofa.



After a day on the beach or exploring Orange Beach, cool off in the large outdoor beachfront pool or enjoy the indoor pool year-round. Additional amenities include on-site BBQ grills for fresh local seafood, a steam room, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts—everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all of the complex amenities which include: include: sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables.

Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival from the guard at the gate. The cost is $50 per vehicle, with a maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation.

🏖️ Building 5 Location

Building 5 is beachside and overlooks the pool and Gulf. As you pass through the guard gate, Building 5 will be directly in front of you for easy access.



🚫 No Smoking Policy

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a NON-SMOKING property throughout all common areas. Smoking is permitted only in the two designated locations:

1️⃣ West of the indoor pool

2️⃣ East of Building 5 near the bike rack



🔞 Age Requirement

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and someone 25 or older must remain on-site for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation without refund.
