This fantastic cottage is located right on The Strand with amazing ocean views and a view of the pier. Walk out the door and take a stroll down the Strand or jump on a beach cruiser. This is a perfect location for a fun summer get-away. Sit on the front porch and watch the breathtaking sunset each evening during your stay.
The bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a TV in the bedroom. In the living room is a queen Murphy bed equipped with lights for evening reading. With a large 50-inch TV over the living room mantle, games in the closet, and the sand just a few steps from the front door, thereâs something to please everyone. The clean bright kitchen is well-equipped with all the equipment necessary to prepare a wonderful meal. Just a short stroll to the pier or walk to the harbor will bring you even more options for dining. The home has a one-car garage with one additional parking space behind it, a quaint backyard with outdoor seating. The cottage also has a large walk-in shower, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and WiFi.
Things to Know
The Strand is a vibrant and popular destination. Noise can be very high. Stereos, BBQs, and volleyball games can happen right on your doorstep.
The condo over the detached garage is occupied by a long-time guest.
The path along side home is not private. It can be accessed by others. Sometimes people from the beach use it as a shortcut to other homes.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. We do provide fans.
This home utilizes decibel level monitors.
