Cette maison charmante et rustique se trouve à 800 mètres et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de cette ville balnéaire cool de SoCal. Le chalet a été joliment rénové, ce qui comprend la préservation du plancher de bois franc, des fenêtres et d'autres aspects rustiques du chalet d'origine tout en ajoutant des équipements modernes comme une salle de bain rénovée, des appareils en acier inoxydable, deux téléviseurs de 50 pouces, une connexion Wi-Fi par câble à haut débit, un mobilier contemporain, des lits et une décoration . Very Comfortable and in a Great Location

This house was perfect for out needs. With in walking distance to many things including the beach. It has a lovely outdoor seating area and back yard. We felt safe there with plenty of street parking in close proximity. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and worked for out needs. We would stay here again if we come back to this area.

Wonderful property

It has been a wonderful stay. The property appeared as listed. You have to dig very deep to find a reason to complain. The communication with the manager was excellent! Strongly recommend this property in beautiful Oceanside.

Oceanside Charmer

My wife and I loved staying in this charming little Oceanside home near the Pacific. Don’t let the small size fool you - it’s a perfect house and a perfect location for your time in SoCal. Michael was a great host, and we will use this home again next time we travel west.

Cozy beach cottage

Great location, walking distance to everything you need. The house was very well stocked with all the amenities needed during our visit.. very quite neighborhood..plenty of parking…looking forward to coming back!

Nice little spot

Overall great trip. House suited our needs. Decent location being we needed access to/from freeway and couple blocks walking distance to beach. Only negatives were the street parking at times and neighbors (unknown which) decided to have a huge party that started around 130 AM on a Saturday. We called the police around 230 AM, dont think ever showed up. It was very frustrating to say the least, had to wait for the party to just die off. Not the hosts fault just downside of being within an established neighborhood. Other than that we needed for nothing else. Great experience.

Perfect location

We Loved our stay here! The front yard and backyard were perfect for our little doggie. We were able to spend time grilling outside and playing yard games we had brought. The huge windows throughout the entire house was one of our favorite things. We had them all open letting the cool air in! We walked down to the beach everyday and the short walk was easy. There also is a great little Italian restaurant 1 block down we walked a few times, the food is amazing! We will be back next summer and this is where we want to stay!

Well-appointed bungalow situated in the middle of Oceanside. Privacy and fenced in yard which is perfect for guests with pets.

Great location

We were very happy with our stay. Traveling with a dog and it was nice to have a fenced yard. Location is great, close to restaurants and beach etc. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Wonderful location.

The cottage is in a wonderful location. Walking distance to beach and grocery store. It was very clean. Take note that there are no pantry items and limited TP so be prepared to bring basics.

Cute cottage close to beach

We've visited Oceanside at least 5 times per year for one week, for the past 7 years. This cottage was probably the most equipped. The kitchen was completely well stocked. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. I also appreciated how many bathroom towels there were. All new too! The bed was comfortable and loved the sheets. We will definitely be staying here again. Michael was spot on. He contacted us several times and always indicated he was available at any time.

Submersed in the Beach Culture

Property was sweet and as described, very comfortable and we felt safe, hanging at the house with doors open as well as walking /biking through the neighborhood to get to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Could get loud in the neighborhood at times, but short lived. No assigned parking, but we were always able to find a spot within half a neighborhood block. Michael was very responsive via text. We would do it again.

Perfect location!

The property was perfect for us. There’s a lot of things to walk to. We walked to the Harbor Cafe for breakfast and walked to Venetos for a wonderful Italian dinner. We walked to the beach and watched the sunset. My daughter and her boyfriend came over a few times and the patio was a perfect place for us to relax and visit. Loved it! We will stay there again if we get a chance.

Great Stay in Oceanside

This was an amazing place to stay for vacation! Very convenient location to the beach, market, and access to highways. Michael was very pleasant to communicate with and the house was very clean and organized. I think that we will be staying at this vacation rental anytime we come to Oceanside!
