This property was perfect and accommodating. We had everything we needed and more. It was clean and well stocked with all the finishing touches. We will definitely be booking again. We come to OceanSide every year and we would love to stay here again!!!

Beach Front

Incredible views and all the comfort and amenities we need for two couples! We loved the fireplace and the pool area as well. Highly recommend this fantastic condo!

Fantastic Stay

We had so much fun! Our time was filled with watching the ocean from our condo, playing in the sand right outside and eating at all the fun restaurants Oceanside has to offer! The condo was clean and we loved how it was decorated. It had everything we needed for our week long stay.

Easter relaxation

Great location and the unit is very nice. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was fantastic. Easy access to the beach, parking garage, and short walk to the pier. Will definitely come back some day.

Best Beach House Ever

This place has it all! Directly in front of the beautiful Ocean Waves - Fully stocked with everything we needed - Pools & Spas to warm up in when the ocean was too cold- and a super clean and beautiful condo. Best place to stay on the beach!! We will be back soon.

Oceanfront Condo

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to spend Spring break. Ocean views were amazing. It was very clean and well stocked. The master bedroom bed was AMAZING! The setup in the second bedroom was perfect for my 2 young kids. We will definitely book this condo again.

A break from the desert

We took a quick 3 day weekend to enjoy the beach. Everything was perfect. The condo was awesome from beginning to end. There were no issues with the bathroom being there on the beach. We will be back!

All pretty great

Everything was pretty great overall. The roads were closed for several hours due to the pier fire which made it tricky to get back but this was no fault of the property

Lovely spot!

Loved being so close to the beach, home was great and well stocked. Only complaint was the street sweeper that sometimes started at 4am and would drive back and forth under our window. Other than that everything was great :)

Memorable Family Vacation

This condo was in a great location to enjoy the beach, the harbor, the pier, and shopping all within walking distance. The only downfall was the rude people blasting music driving past the condo. Overall, the condo was clean, well equipped with kitchen appliances/utensils, towels, beach extras (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach towels). We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful!

I moved from Oceanside to Maryland 8 years ago. We have been coming back once a year since we left. Im so happy I found this amazing property. This property reminds me of all the things I love about Oceanside. the property was beautiful and my family had an amazing time!

Very Nice

We wanted a place where we could hang out on the beach. The workout facility and pool are really nice and there were plenty of options if the weather was bad. Only thing is there were garbage trucks rolling down the strand early in the am which did wake us up. It was a very nice stay with all that we needed to play on the beach.

Beachy home

The pictures show exactly what it is. The property was perfect, no complaints. The resort itself tough to find your way around. Only down side, garbage trucks etc. start to be noisy around 4am, tough if your a light sleeper, also grocery store not close. but would stay again,

Great Condo

We stayed 7 days here with the family and it is a great condo. Good location, great views, sleeps up to 6 comfortably with the pull out mattress in the sofa, and was clean and accomodating (plenty of boogie boards and beach gear in the closet). Only drawbacks I would say is that the shower in the master bathroom is quite small and you have to walk up and down quite a bit of stairs when hauling your luggage to and from the parking garage. Other than that I have no complaints.

My week in Oceanside

Overall this is a nice, if a bit dated, condo. Street that runs beneath the balcony was noisy at time (kids revving their engines and blasting their music), but it’s to be expected as you’re right on the beach. Condo could use some placemats and a griddle, but otherwise had everything we needed. Thanks!!

I just stayed in A22 for

I just stayed in A22 for 4 nights. Our time on the beach and in the local community was wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the location of this condo because it is near a public restroom facility. I'm a light sleeper and at night I heard noise from people using this facility, people talking and the cars passing outside the main bedroom.

Location location?????

Nice condo, what they don’t tell you is that the master bedroom and balcony overlook the large public restroom. Between the power washing at 3:20am, homeless, consistent weed smell and traffic noise, it’s hard to sleep. But the walk to the beach and pier is nice.

Regarding the disturbances from the public restroom and the surrounding area, we understand how this could have impacted your experience and your frustration. With that being said, multiple pictures show the condo being across from the bathroom and the street below the unit. The description also talks about being able to hear the "sound of waves crashing on the beach mingled with music from cars rolling by on "The Strand" below." Please know that we do have multiple other units we rent out in North Coast Village that have quick access to the beach with terrific views and less noise. Feel free to look into those if you are ever in the area again. All the best and we do hope to see you again for another stay.

Great! place. Just needs a good deep cleaning. Everything was icky to touch, including the dishes. Two blankets smelled really bad. That’s my only complaint. Fabulous place to stay other than that.

Beach week with adult children

We loved our week at this property as we could hear and see the ocean at all times. The apartment itself was well stocked with beach chairs and towels, and the kitchen was more than adequate. When a beach chair broke or the ice maker didn't function, the On The Sand staff was super responsive, calling back within an hour on a Sunday even though our requests were only minor. The check-in and -out process was also very easy. If we were to have any complaint, it would be the noise outside the beach-facing bedroom in the middle of the night from trucks and cleaning crews. However, as my wife and I are good sleepers, we were only barely affected. Thanks to the crew for a great stay.

View… of the public restrooms

The public shower and restroom are located directly outside of the beach balcony but that is not disclosed in the listing. We watched homeless people shower in the sink and sleep in the surrounding landscape. The restroom was active all night- car doors were slamming and water running so sleeping with the windows open was not an option for uninterrupted rest. The screen door is not on track properly and falls off when you try to open it. The interior of the condo has a nice layout but is not maintained well. NO air conditioning in the condo.

The pictures provided on the Airbnb site do show the public bathroom located across the street from the unit. We appreciate you bringing the screen door and maintenance concerns to our attention; we'll address these issues promptly to ensure future guests have a smoother experience. Please note, that in every unit, we provide a welcome binder with information to contact us to address issues or concerns in the unit. We appreciate your understanding regarding the lack of air conditioning. Our listing does mention that the unit does not have AC, but we provide ceiling fans and portable fans throughout to help with airflow.
