Profitez de cette maison de plage privée, récemment rénovée et entièrement équipée, avec 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, une nouvelle terrasse extérieure, un barbecue à gaz, un foyer en bois naturel, de nouveaux meubles et une vue à 180 degrés sur l’océan .. située entre Oceanside Pier et le port, une maison de The Strand, et à seulement 50 enfants sur le sable! (8-10 personnes confortablement)
La maison est située avec une suite principale en bas avec un lit de taille Qn avec salle de bain complète avec 8ft. Douche et entrée privée séparée. Chambre n ° 2 également en bas a un oreiller queen top Heavenly Pillowtop Mattress lit et sa propre douche complète / baignoire. En outre, au rez-de-chaussée, le salon privé comprend un canapé-lit Queen avec un matelas en gel confortable et une télévision à écran plat. La porte se ferme pour rendre le salon privé.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Great balcony for hosting and relaxing. We made great fires up there!! The proximity to everything was great! So much to see and do in Oceanside!!

Im so so glad you enjoyed!!! Isn't it the most relaxing feeling you get when you drive down The Strand and that little hidden alley, where the beach house sits with 3 other homes overlooking the ocean. It's just so private, peaceful and fun for hosting or just relaxing and BBQING in the evening. With your friends and family! It's the best.. and while some of your family is swimming in the ocean with the kids And they come up to the house for a bite to eat.. you have casual eating for 8-10 sitting around the kitchen living room, dining room downstairs... The deck has casual seating on deck for 14, but has outdoor table seating for 8.and just inside the door to Family room has a table for 4, also with Ocean View. The upstairs FamilyRm./3rd Bed. has 2 upgraded Comfy Qn. Sofa sleepers, the Laundry Room and Bath #3 has a Moen Shower/tub Combo.. with removable handheld.. I love the pictures that you have included.. Thank you for sharing with future travelers. I am not good at uploading myself period so I am grateful when guests leave reviews period the first eight years I had people only writing in a book and otherwise I would have hundreds of reviews.. So many happy families have come through the beach house year after year. I just wish we could bottle that sunset up and send everyone home with it... it's amazing. Thanks again mary may

There's something truly special about this Oceanside beach cottage-it manages to be both delightfully funky and absolutely perfect for a family getaway. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like a home that had been thoughtful prepared for making memories.Every detail was covered. The upper deck with incredible ocean views was amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation-bikes, beach gear and an incredible assortment of toys, games and even speakers to keep everyone entertained. As Oceanside is known for its collections of painted rocks, there was art supplies for rock painting, and we were able to add ours to the collection. So fun!Despite its eclectic charm, comfort was never sacrificed. The beds were cozy, the living spaces inviting, and there was a relaxed, easygoing vibe throughout that made it effortless to unwind.If you are looking for a place that's a little unique, incredibly well equipped, and perfectly suited for family time, this cottage is a gem. We will definitely come back!

Hi guys! So happy that you enjoyed your 1st time staying in Oceanside!! Like I said comma there are so many fun things to do.A two nights day really is not enough time to take it all in... and you wind up picking and choosing what you are going to do for the morning afternoon and the evening.And end up having to leave out a lot of fun things and end up coming right back.. there are so many things that are going on and a lot of it is free.. you just have to know which links and also the newer restaurants that have opened app and the happy hours that are going on and have live music or the Oceanside. Welcome center is wonderful and they are so happy to help and send Discount tickets for almost anything you could want to do!! And I have many, many of those in the front entry of the beach house!! So glad you took advantage of some of the fun things.And now you're hooked.. Thanks again.And that is what the beach house is made for.. Putting smiles on people's faces! Great location! wonderful rooftop patio area for great views, family meals/barbeque, relaxation. Parking on site for 3 vehicles which is so hard to find in this great location. Plenty of room for all, plenty of supplies including all you need for the beach. Communication with owner is fast and pleasant. We are a repeat renter and this is by far one of our favorites. Pet friendly, close to beach access while having privacy, security, safety.

The absolute BEST vacation rental. Plenty of beach, parking, everything you could ask for...Boys went to the beach at 8 am, set up awnings and chairs, girls brought coolers down in wagon. Looooong days on the beach.Mary May was fantastic. Responded quickly and always friendly and helpful. We could not have had a better trip O'side rocks!

This beach house was perfect! We had some adults coming together for a weekend away and a race. The house was in the PERFECT location. It is right on the beach so you can walk to the pier or to the harbor in about 10-15 minutes. We were all so happy how central it was to anything we needed. The house itself was clean and neat. It had EVERYTHING we needed. Toaster oven to reheat pizza, Saran wrap to cover left overs, blankets (for those who run cold) for the couch etc. We watched each sunset on the rooftop balcony space where 6 adults fit with room for more. We used the bikes available from the house to cruise the beach areas. We used a boogie board to play in the surf... This place had everything!! Parking was not an issue and fit the cars nicely. The neighbors were quiet and you can just listen to the waves crashing all day and night. We will absolutely be coming back to this property next year! the house was also very centrally located to all sorts of food. We went to the grocery store on foot, rooftop bars, restaurants... All within about a 15 minute walk. It's just absolutely perfect if your looking for a relaxing place, on the water with all the necessary amenities.The host was also very helpful and sweet. She was quick to respond and helpful with some great local restaurant ideas. It was an amazing weekend and the beach house was the place to be.

Hi guys! I am so glad that you used the beach cruisers and cruised down the strand or in town. There are bike supplies, air pump and the gel to repair the tire. If it got a flat in the walkin closet and I'm bringing another Lady's beach cruiser, With basket. I will recount how many there are, but I always guarantee 3 beach cruisers, and I try to have 1-2 Bike(s) ages 5-11. But not guaranteed. For the kiddos. So happy you enjoyed some of the restaurants that were on the lynx. I sent and i'm so happy to send them to my renters and excited when I have someone new to oceanside, and the beach house really is great, because it's private and only four homes on the strand but tucked behind on the little alley street. So private and quiet, you look down on the beach and known one knows you're back there. And you can be on that second story deck, I'm having a glass of wine barbecuing or playing cards at the outdoor dining table. Watching the sunset. No one knows that you are there. Then, just taking in the sound of the waves or watching the dolphins swim by, it's really nice and then hop on the bikes and go for a ride or walk or take a jog on the strand and walk down to the pier. And you can grab some tacos or a nice little dinner at the tinfish and that's a 10 minute walk From the beach house and to your right, you can walk to the harbor and that is a 15-20minute walk. And you can walk to rock and baja lobster or to the lighthouse restaurant.. And they have a fresh fish market in the downstairs of it, and they are on the water, beautiful and oceanside.Broiler has a great happy hour menu.. so many places.. thank you for the great review.And i'm so happy that you've enjoyed your trip.And I cannot wait to have you back!! Mary's Beach House is ideally located one block from the sand. It was very easy to walk everywhere - the pier, the harbor, and downtown for the Night Market. Mary timely responded to our questions and in fact sent new beach chairs and a case of water for our use. She informed us of dog-friendly restaurants as well. The rooftop deck is great - for coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved our first stay in Oceanside - it's an awesome little beach community. We hope to come back one day.

Awesome location!

This house is literally steps from the beach! Awesome view from upstairs balcony, as well. Owner was very responsive and explained everything in detail prior to our arrival. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, many extra amenities, needs just a touch of attention and organization to be perfect

Easy to access. Very clean for the most part, although we had to deal with annoying drain flies in the kitchen and common area, and there was a roach in the bathtub. Although a bit cluttered, we enjoyed all of the beach gear, Games, and extra amenities. Ample parking (rare for beach homes). Plenty of linens and towels, and free washer and dryer on sight so you can pack light!s

Hi ashley, it was a pleasure speaking with you and helping you plan your trip! I passed this information on to the cleaning staff and they will organize the beach gear. I am glad you all had a nice time and enjoyed everything! Gosh I wish you had just given me a quick call, I would have run down with some construction grade Drano to pour down the outside drain at side of the house by the bikes. I could pour some down tub. It works great wait15min. run water & it's fixed😊Actually there is a big bottle in my Supply Closet also. I always want everyone to have a great vacationAnd I'm just a phone call away and mysef or my maintenance person help to fix the issue right away so that you can enjoy yourself 100% during your stay at the beach house. Amazing visit!

Mary and the property are amazing. Everything is a described. Rooftop makes this place beyond 5 star! We so appreciated Mary and her immediate communication. We have already booked to return.

Great place with everything you'll need

My husband and I stayed at Mary's in March to celebrate his birthday. Being from SoCal originally, we wanted a place where we could entertain our relatives and friends but also be near all the action of Oceanside. The area is very walkable and you can easily do a lot without a vehicle. The beach is steps away but the great thing about Mary's place is, you are not right on the Strand but just a street over. I would definitely stay again.

Rent this house because of it's amenities, Amazing ocean views, Privacy, Huge deck with BBQ FirePit, Most of all....Location, Location, Location ! On The Strand, just steps from the sand and 5 min. walk to The Pier or Harbor! But hopefully because you want a beach house you can keep coming back to and count on that it has been gone through and is disisfected and my cleaning staff has been trained and count on consistency year after year and keep coming back!! :) Mary May , Owner

A beautiful 180 Degree Ocean View.! Watch the waves roll in! It is private "Kick back Cool" Sit out on the deck, have your fire, bbq, lay out, watch people play volleyball out on the sand, cars driving by all day On the strand, but the BH is the ONE and ONLY, Private street with 4 homes, and the BH :)( the only with full Ocean view) I love to make people happy! While the house is Pet Friendly, You could not tell an Animal had ever stayed there! That house is made for families! Special Events, Birthdays and we love to surprise with complimentary light decor!
