Our beautifully designed condo features three spacious bedrooms, including a plush Queen bed in the master suite and a cozy Queen in the guest room, plus a versatile twin and single convertible couch in a DEN/office room. Perfect for families or friends! With two modern bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, everyone will enjoy comfort and convenience.
Feel the refreshing air circulate with ceiling fans in each bedroom and the dining area, complemented by central air and heat for ultimate relaxation. Just steps away, a children's park on the beach beckons for family fun, while the golden sands await you just down the stairs across the street. Centrally located, you can easily stroll to the vibrant street fair, indulge in fine dining, or hop on mass transit to explore even more of what Oceanside has to offer. No need to drive anywhere, walk to all local restaurants, coffee shops, yoga, rock climbing gyms, breweries... This amazing home sits above Tyson park on Pacific Street, perfect to walk to the beach or the pier and enjoy some of the best weather that is year round not to hot and not to cold. We manage three condos in a six unit complex, If you are planning a larger family vacation,- rent 3 of these beautiful homes, can accommodate larger groups up to 24 people. Two condos has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and one condo has 2 bedrooms, plus den room and 2 bathrooms. All units has private balcony with panoramic ocean views. We have ocean breezes, central air and heat in all of our properties. This space is located on the East side of Pacific Street close to the Oceanside Pier! You must be able to climb stairs. This property is on the second floor.
There is a public beach park across the street which cannot be built upon.
The Condo has 2 bedrooms plus DEN/office with built in desk. Queen beds in Master and guest bedroom. The DEN/office room has a twin and single size sleeper sofa

Internet TV – Streaming only (NO CABLE), guest will need to log in into their own account for TV streaming channels or watch movies etc.
Designated Working desk in one of the bedrooms which includes built in desk and desk chair.

No Smoking, No Parties or Events, Complex does not have an elevator, you must take stairs up to the condo entrance, and stairs down into the garage, this is a top floor unit.
PLEASE BE ADVISED, ALL BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 60 days BEFORE ARRIVAL WILL REQUIRE THE BOOKER TO undergo an ID & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION CHECK within 10 days of first payment or check in. This verification will include photo of credit card,photo of front and back of I.D. and a selfie.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS THRESHOLD. We aso have the right to request verification on any guest solely at our discretion.
