In Norse mythology, Valhalla is a majestic and enormous hall located in Asgard and this lakefront retreat is the definition of majestic and enormous as well. Upon entering the main floor, which is actually the upper level of this home, you'll come across a spacious living space with elegant wood accents throughout, large windows, and comfortable furnishings. To your right, you'll find one living room with a river rock gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV with cable–you can easily kick back and relax here while the fireplace warms up the home in the blink of an eye. As you keep walking, you'll come across the kitchen and dining table, which are separated by a convenient wet bar! This dining table seats up to four people, but there's additional space at another table in the kitchen with four more chairs. Surprise your guests with mouth-watering meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. Let your creativity flow here and channel your inner Jamie Oliver thanks to the modern appliances and utensils available. Continue your tour through this marvelous retreat and find yourself in the other living room; it features another gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with cable. There's plenty of space to unwind and entertain everybody with two living rooms, something you won't find anywhere but here. Right off the latter living room is the large deck, a great place to gather with your friends and enjoy the majestic lake views. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found on this level as well as a private washer/dryer combo. One bedroom features a king bed and the other three a queen bed each.

The lower level of the home also offers a quiet and relaxing environment with amenities that will surprise you! Go down the stairs to find another spacious living space featuring a minibar, a foosball table, a full living room, one bedroom, and one full bathroom. Some of your friends can have fun upstairs while the rest of the group can huddle in the lower level living room for a movie marathon on the flatscreen TV. The young and young at heart can enjoy a thrilling foosball tournament and the grown-ups can enjoy a refreshing beverage and fun conversation by the minibar. Skol! The bedroom available has a queen bed and there is a futon in the living room, perfect for naps! Valhalla also offers guests the convenience of having a private dock that can fit up to three boats!

Having Otter Lake only 500 feet away is a true convenience if you're into water sports. You'll be sitting on a chain of 28 lakes, the world's largest freshwater lake chain. Canoeing, kayaking, rafting, fishing, summer boating are just a couple of activities you can find nearby. Less than four and a half miles away is downtown Eagle River for shopping, movies, restaurants, events, museums, and so much more! Spend a thrilling afternoon at Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Laser Tag, or book an educational and entertaining tour at the Three Lakes Winery (14 miles away). Known as the Snowmobiling Capital of the World, Eagle River excels in winter sports. Rent a snowmobile, snowshoes, skis, or ice fishing equipment–there’s no wrong way to enjoy the snow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
