Completely updated 4 bed 2 bath bungalow comfortably sleeps 10 on new memory foam mattresses with luxury linens. Enjoy the privacy of your own space. Conveniently located in the heart of Ft Myers tucked away in a 6 house cul de sac in the Bowling Green neighborhood just blocks south of Colonial between 41 and Summerlin.

The home has all the charm and character of a home built in 1970 but updated for modern living.

The front yard is a creative cottage garden filled with Native Florida plants and other tropical plants. Paths filled with crushed shells wind through the front and lead to a secluded back yard.

Relax on the sectional or dine al fresco at the counter height dining set under the umbrella on the back patio. Take a nap in the hanging hammock tree pod or fire up the charcoal grill for an at home meal.

Wood look tile runs throughout the entire home. The kitchen and bathrooms have cabinets with soft close drawers and granite countertops.

Four bedrooms-four options: King, Queen, Twin with a Twin trundle, and the Family bedroom: Queen and Queen over Queen bunkbeds.

All of the beds are super comfy memory foam mattresses dressed in Brook Linen 470 thread count sheets with hypoallergenic down alternative duvets. They are all protected by mattress protectors and pillow protectors under the linens.

Each bedroom has Industrial Vintage look Nightstand Lamps with Dual USB Ports and a 6W 2700K Dimmable LED Edison bulb.

The kitchen is well stocked with not just pots and pans but bakeware, an air fryer, a blender, a crockpot, a punch bowl, a coffee pot and a microwaveable tea pot. Dinnerware, silverware and glassware for 12 are provided. Crystal bar ware for wine, champagne, cordial, etc are in the China cabinet for your pleasure. Many spices and other cooking staples are there for you to enjoy. I also provide a starter pack of toilet tissue and paper towels.

A full size HE Maytag washer and dryer are situated off the bunk room for your convenience.
Laundry pods are provided for your convenience.

Pets are welcome with a pre approval and $150 pet fee.

Beach amenities include Vera Bradley beach towels, beach umbrella and screw in stake, pool noodles, shell scooper, beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler with wheels and an assortment of buckets and toys.

Review

The house was very nice inside, but the outside yard not kept up and did not reflect the same. All in all, it was ok, but the host is WAY too present. She was on the property every day pretty much that we were there. One day we couldn't even get in the drive way because she was parked in it and doing work or something in the backyard. Would suggest you give your guests some privacy while they are there. Face to face meeting required for the check in, which is fine, but then to be there and working around the property while we are there is just a little too much. Thank you.

Home away from home

Great house with a lovely backyard area. One of the best setups we have ever stayed at.Very pet friendly and good for smalll or large families. Very charming.

Baseball bungalow

Thank you Kelly for making our stay so much nicer than our previous hotel accommodations. We were there for a long baseball tournament and the house was in a convenient location for all of the fields that we played at. Coming home to the cottage was the welcome relief we needed each night. it was comfy, cozy, and had everything we could’ve needed for our stay. Thank you so much for working with us on the nights needed and we will see you next year!

A newly remodeled 4/2 Florida bungalow conveniently located in the heart of the city yet tucked away in a charming subdivision. Perfectly situated in the popular Bowling Green neighborhood of Fort Myers, the house is just a couple of blocks away from Colonial Blvd & Summerlin. It is within walking distance to a city pool, Ft Myers Racquet Club, and Sam Fleishman Complex and quick access to area beaches and downtown.
