In a 30-minute walk, you could be sipping a drink on the picturesque harbour, enjoying a spot of shopping or relaxing in Hoe Park. And after a long day’s exploring, nothing beats returning to your humble abode for a good night’s sleep.

Located on the top floor, the apartment is full of natural light and has been designed with comfort in mind. A bright kitchen should have everything you need to rustle up delicious meals: from a Ninja food processor to a microwave and coffee machine. Settle into your velvet sofa after a busy day, with a film on the smart TV. Its elevated position means you’ll soak up expansive views over the city, with gorgeous evening light flooding through the Velux windows. Elsewhere, a master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed whilst the second bedroom has a double. Both share a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower unit.

On sunny evenings, you can sit out and enjoy the patio garden. This is set within a larger garden divided between the flats but is a private space.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Mannamead - a leafy neighbourhood in north Plymouth. You’re just a 5-minute drive or 30 minute walk to the city centre and harbour - so leave the car at home and explore by foot! Find a handful of stylish local pubs, restaurants, cafès and shops all close by, from The Hyde Park to Hearth Pizza and Roam Brewery.

Plymouth is known as Britain's "ocean city"- home to breath-taking views with plenty to see and do. In the centre of town, you will find Drake Circus, the large shopping centre. Whilst further south you will discover Plymouth Hoe. With stunning views, it’s the perfect place to spend a sunny day, enjoying a picnic on the grass or taking a dip in the art deco Tinside Lido (open during the summer months). Hoe Park or central Promenade are home to the iconic Smeaton's Tower lighthouse, which stands at 72 foot high and offers some of the most incredible views of the city and sea.

If you'd like to mix your time in the city with some time out, it's easy to head to National Trust's Saltram. The beautiful Georgian house is just a 15 minute drive away, and is surrounded by acres of pretty grounds that make for lovely walking! Getting Around:
Plymouth has excellent transfer links with London, Cornwall and Bristol so it's easy to enjoy a stay here without the need for a car. Regular trains run to and from the city, and the station is just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. You're in the perfect location to walk everywhere, but should you need any taxis they are very easy to find online. If you do have a vehicle with you, you can find free parking outside.

Other Things to Note:
This is a top floor apartment accessed by stairs via a private entrance. So it may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations. However, once inside it is all on one level.
