The sitting room has a comfortable sofa-bed that can accommodate 1 person, and within the kitchen, you will find a dining stool. Of course, you can enjoy your meals or your espresso at the comfortable outdoor dining area on the balcony. The balcony view varies in each apartment but they all provide the same level of high-quality in regards to their amenities, from deluxe bathrobes to fully furnished kitchens. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning for the hot days of the summer, there is hot water throughout the day, a WIFI private line is available, as well as a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV that support Netflix streaming. Note that all floors are accessible by the building’s elevator.
