Ideally located, facing onto the village green with views of the hills, the property boasts a delightful rear garden with garden furniture for al-fresco dining.

There is a bright sitting room with an open fire, comfortable sofas, a television, and window seats. The ground floor of the cottage also has a utility and laundry room along with a cloakroom. On the first floor are two well-appointed bedrooms, a double bedroom facing the village green and a super-king size zip and link bedroom which can be configured as twin 3' single beds on request.

Sydling St Nicholas is rated one of the prettiest small villages in Dorset with thatched cottages, chalk streams and a children's play area tucked away off the High Street. There is also an award-winning pub, The Greyhound, just a pleasant two minute stroll away.

When staying at delightful Coombe Cottage, you are within easy reach of numerous quaint villages and local attractions, and ideally situated for exploring the wonderful Dorset Downs and beyond, with neighbouring Cerne Abbas just 2.5 miles away, the county town of Dorchester just 8 miles away.
