The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor mezzanine-style open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV, Juliet balcony and electric flame-effect stove. There are two ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a private space and private parking is available. Within 2.2 miles you will find a shop and within 1.2 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Granary is a charming base for a family escape to Dorset. Note: The property overlooks the owners' garden.
