Seascape mobile home with terrace with seaview and pool is located in cozy little camp "Didov san" ,on the south side of island Pašman, in bay called Soline. Let's face it : this place is Heaven on Earth. It has everything you could imagine for perfect vacation: this two bedroom mobile home is located just next to the sea, with beautiful terrace, perfect for a sip of local wine, in sunset; next to it is shared pool, and lovely natural , pebble beach , located just few steps away from mobile home...On the property , there is great restaurant "Runjka" , which offers delicious fish and meat dishes , that is located just few steps away form the mobile home . Natural landscape , that surrounds this site, is pristine, unique and , indeed, breathtaking.
This is perfect place for best summer holiday of your lifetime, with a hint of adventure, and pinch of Robinson flavour.
Shared laundry room:- extra fee: 5 euros per 1 wash

There are four bungalows at the "Didiov san" kamp- this unit is locatet closest to the sea. To get to the camp , one has to take ferry to port Tkon (island Pašman), or to ferry port Preko (island Ugljan), and than drive to camp. (NOTE: island Pašman and Ugljan are connected with bridge) . Bungalows consists of two bedrooms , equipped with double bed (bedroom no 1), and 3 single beds (bunk bed- room no.2), equipped kitchenette with dining area, bathroom with shower and toilette, roofed terrace , with sea view , and view on Kornati islands National park, with outdoor dining area. Guests can use shared pool and sundeck. It is possible to arrange daily breakfast (extra charge). Next to the bungalows is children playground and table tennis set. Private parking is assured, free of charge. Next to the restaurant are BBQ facilities and loundry facilities, which guests can use free of charge. Pebble beach is located 150 m away from the bungalow.
IMPORTANT NOTICES: - Electricity is provided by aggregate and solar panels, so we kindly ask you to pay attention to the power consumption. Electcity is available whole day long, but usage of air conditioner is limited to this periods :11.00- 15.00,and, 18.00- 00.00 - We kindly ask you to use wather rationally - There is a possibility that the air conditioners will not be able to be used till 15th June, and from 30th September. - " Runjka" Restaurant is opened for buissness during the period from 1st June till 30th September, from 12.00 till 00.00 - Shared laundry room:- extra fee: 5 euros per 1 wash - IMPORTANT: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET ON SITE WITHOUT A CAR! THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FROM TKON TO CAMP- we do not offer transportation for route camp - Tkon. PLEASE NOTE: Camp is rechable by car but pay attention it is a macadam road/ local rough road (gravel/dirt) over the hill which may be affected by weather conditions. The road is passable by car with slow and careful driving. - There is no supermarket/ market on the property- property doesn't offer grocery supply- nearest supermarket is in port Tkon (8 km away)

Schlechter Zustand und überteuert, eine Unverschämtheit!

Das von uns angemietete Ferienhaus war für 4 Erwachsene viel zu klein. Der gesamte technische Zustand war unakzeptabel, hier nur paar Beispiele. Kein Warmwasser, zerbrochene Lattenroste, Kaffeemaschine o.Ä. Fehlanzeige, Töpfe und co. extrem aufgebraucht und unappetitlich, zwei Plastikliegen für 4, ohne Auflagen und Sonnenschirm. Badezimmer, ein Witz, eine Toilette defekt. Gesamtanlage sehr unsauber, Müll und Dreck an allen Ecken. Wir haben diese Hütte total Überbezahlt, das war richtiger Reinfall und eine Unverschämtheit, wie kann man so etwas ungeprüft anbieten? Die Lage direkt an der See war dennoch schön......

Luka is a warm friendly host who crestes a little camping paradise We had a pleasure time with the neighbourhouses and feelt welcome KIDS had fun and weather was hot But the way to the bubgalow should be described as real off road - 20 minutes Also the boats were a lot in the solve Luka helped us to repait our tires We.will come.back With a jeep

Abseits - in ruhiger Lage

Wer gerne in Ruhe, mit einer tollen Landschaft und dem Meer direkt vor der Haustür Urlaub machen möchte, kommt bei diesem Objekt definitiv auf seine Kosten. Das Haus liegt abseits aller Touristen, lediglich 3 weitere Häuser sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Nach einer sehr abenteuerlichen Fahrt ( 5 km in ca. 20 Minuten ) kommt man in der Bucht an. Luca , der Besitzer, ist täglich vor Ort und wohnt in der Urlaubssaison ebenfalls dort. Ein Kontakt ist daher immer gegeben. Durch seine entspannte und sehr umgängliche Art, gab es bei uns nie Probleme. Er spricht gutes Deutsch. Immer hatte er ein offenes Ohr für uns und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Waschen auf Anfrage und abhängig vom Sonnenkollektor bzw. Generator. Das Haus ist klein, aber für 4 Personen gut geeignet ( Familie mit zwei Kindern ) Man hält sich zu 90% draußen auf der tollen Terrasse auf. Luxus ( dauerhaft Strom - warmes Wasser ) darf man nicht erwarten, da es eher ein Robinson-Haus ist und mit allem etwas sparsamer und bewusster Hausgehalten werden muss. Zusammengefasst : Abenteuerliche Anfahrt - kein Luxus - tolle Aussicht - tolle Lage - Ruhe - Baden vor Ort ( 3 Meter zum Wasser ) - für Selbstverpfleger und Anpassungsfähige bestens geeignet. Tipp: Vor dem ersten Besuch / der Anreise unbedingt einen Plan machen und einkaufen ( Tkon oder auf dem Festland Biograd ), da man sich dreimal überlegt den Abenteuerweg zu fahren. Auch mal eben schnell Brötchen holen ist nicht.

Guests can use BBQ, located by the restaurant , free of charge- BBQ facilities are located by the restaurant. There is special treat for children : children playground, with swing set,toboggan and sand box, located next to the bungalows . It is possible to arrange boat trip- your host owns 12 meters long fishing boat, which can take up to 12 people. Kornati islands National park is located in front of the camp; it would be a shame not to take an opportunity to visit it. 500 m away from camp is cave called Bobića cave, it should be on your to-do-list. At restaurant "Runjka", it is possible to arrange cooking class of Dalmatian cusine (extra charge). If you are more on adventurous side , you can go for a bike ride; along the entire island of Pasman, there is a well-maintained cycle paths,with few of quite stunning views. All in all: you can enjoy yourself to the fullest.
