Sue Apartment is the perfect retreat for couples or small families looking for accommodation close to the action, while being in a tranquil, relaxing location. One of only 3 apartments in the Emir block, Sue is located in the Old Town, a mere 2 minute walk from the shops and rooftop restaurants. Another 2 minutes and you reach the beach and harbour areas. This delightful apartment is furnished with traditional and quirky touches, to give a welcoming, home from home feel to your holiday
Living Area
Sue apartment has a fully air-conditioned open plan living, kitchen and dining area which gives a bright, open feeling to the room. The sitting room has comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee table and a TV with limited channels. The dining table seats 4 with ease should you wish to eat indoors. The room opens out onto a generous sized balcony, where there is a further small dining table for alfresco meals or simply enjoying your morning coffee. The balcony has limited sea views.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the useful appliances you would expect, including dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, full range of utensils/crockery/cutlery and a free standing water cooler.

Bathroom

All bedding and bathroom towels are provided and there is a fresh linen change once a week.

Outside
Guests wishing to enjoy the sunshine can do so on the apartments private balcony extending round the living area and master bedroom. They also have use of the good size pool shared by the 3 apartments in the block. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with ample sunbeds and parasols, plus pool towels are provided.
