## Space

This comfortable and spacious studio is perfect for a couple. It is super centrally located and just minutes from the beach!
We have space for 2 guests. The studio is fully equipped with a bed, couch, a walk-in shower, toilet, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with 2-plate electric stove and oven, coffee maker and kettle and small fridge. It has a lovely balcony with seating area.
Studio 1 is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs only.

Bed: 160x200 consisting of two boxspring single beds, can be separated.

## Neighborhood

Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?

The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?

We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?

Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.

## Transit

Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The train station is at a 15-minute walking distance from the accommodation. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your route.

Extremely small space for a hefty price

Pretty expensive, extremely small, no washing machine, no dishwasher. Other similar places in Zandvoort have all this and more for the same price… Had issues with mice several times throughout my stay. Ladies managing are nice but overall just not worth it. Never there again.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Balkon ist genial. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und hell! Leider gibt es gar kein Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Dazu ist es zu klein. Somit muss man die Spüle zum Zähneputzen und waschen nutzen. Darauf müsste hingewiesen werden!! Der Preis verspricht mehr!!!!etwas zu teuer für diesen Mangel. Und auch die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas mehr sein- Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee, kleine Schälchen und eine große Schale z.B. Die Toilette roch sehr stark nach Abfluss . Auch daran müsste sich etwas ändern. Die ruhige Lage ist super. Großer Parkplatz schnell zu erreichen. Parkplatz vorm Haus schön.

Nice Accommodation but dirty

Super location of the accommodation. In only five minutes of walking you are at the beautiful beach of Zandvoort. The Accommondation is from the size sufficient for two people and beautifully furnished. But at our stay it was very dirty. We could not use the dishes, the cutlery, the pot, the Water Boiler etc. because all the things were very dirty. On our arrival we found a dead fligh in the refrigerator and many dog hair on the couch. The drains have stunk very badly. We did'nt feel comfortable. It was disgusting. There is no sink in the bathroom so you have to brush your teeth in the kitchen but thats ok. I'm sad because you could do so much of this lovely accommodation ... At least I have to say that the communication with Rental Valley was very nice and friendly and that everything went well. They apologized for the dirtyness and send a cleaning lady the next day. It could be a 5/5 if the accommodation was clean.

Fehlendes Waschbecken

Zähneputzen u.ä. nur an der Küchenspüle und da war der Wasserhahn abgesprochen. Diverse Lampen defekt. Türknauf am Kleiderschrank abgebrochen. Lüftung in Dusch-/Toilettenkammer keine Funktion. Sehr einfache Ausstattung. Es wurde gebeten, das Appartement pfleglich zu behandeln. Es war jedoch keine Pflege bei der Übernahme erkennbar.
