Palm Harbor Club 403 is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath waterfront condo located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a wide variety of amenities that include a public marina. The beach is accessed by a short walk to just across Estero Boulevard. A CVS pharmacy is at the end of your street at Estero Boulevard. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there are several restaurants, including the new Margaritaville Resort with its restaurants, shops, and bars. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key Park. The Fish Tale Marina is located within walking distance and offers boat rentals and dockage. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, clubhouse, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, private laundry and all linens and towels are provided.

Enter through the secure lower lobby with a beautiful cascading fountain, then up the elevator to the fourth floor with entry into a foyer then the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is beautiful travertine flooring and volume ceilings throughout. The eat-in kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of cabinets and counter space and all the necessary items to prepare full meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning and convection oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. There is a table seating two by bay windows, and a pass-through from the kitchen into the dining area. The adjacent spacious, open-plan dining and living area has a table seating four. The entire wall in the dining and living area is mirrored and creates a very open ambiance. The living area has a queen-size L-shaped sleeper sofa with end tables, lamps, and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large flat-screen TV and a corner swivel chair and lamp. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors out onto a screened-in furnished balcony overlooking the marina, the Gulf of Mexico to the right, and the waterways out to the back bay from a fourth-floor vantage point. There are also interior sliding glass doors allowing the balcony area to be under climate control. Furnishings include a table seating four.

The spacious master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a triple dresser, and runner rugs on each side of the bed. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony with its awesome views of the marina and canals. The en suite bathroom has a separate commode room, a large walk-in closet, a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a wall mirror, and a tiled walk-in shower with handrails and a glass door. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, runner rugs, a closet, and a credenza/dresser with a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, with a wall mirror, commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with glass doors. Last but not least is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer just off the entry foyer.

A 10-day advance notice is needed prior to booking this unit as this property has association paperwork that must be signed.
