Family-friendly vacation destination at America's Greatest Family Resort. Our home is on the main road and in the heart of it all! You will be staying on the 1st floor ("Apt 1") and have access to the rooftop deck!

We provide you a fully furnished, hi-tech house complete with FIOS 150mbs wired internet & FREE WI-FI, three 1080p flat screen TVs in the living room as well as the front & back bedrooms. Comcast digital preferred cable, a full pack-n-play with infant/newborn crib insert, 8 beach tags, some beach chairs, and a hair dryer. Our rooftop deck is accessible via a beautiful spiral staircase and is great for amazing views, watching fireworks, the sunset, or sunbathing.

The beds we offer is a Queen, a Twin Over Full Bunk, a Futon Bunk (double/twin). Plenty of pillows and softy fluffy comforters. However, for sanitary reasons YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN linens, pillows, bath/beach towels, toilet paper, soaps, toiletries, food, and any other beach accessories.

**We do plan on FUTURELY providing the option of LINEN RENTALS for $80 and it covers delivery of beach-themed linens & towels/rags. We have it for the second floor rental we just hoping to get it for the first floor as well. It would cover all beds and pillows as well as a laundry bag for easy pick-up by our crew after check out. It has been a successful service and we hope to incorporate it here)**

We have a small yet functional laundry room complete with washer, dryer, ironing station, and drying rack should any of your belongings need to be laundered during your stay. We provide a free tide pod and a dryer sheet for your use.

We are pet friendly and will allow a maximum of two (2) pets and there will be an extra cleaning fee associated with bringing the pets. Renter will be 100% responsible for the actions of their pets. Our cleaning crew has special ultraviolet tools to help make sure the place is 100% clean for non-pet renters with allergies. Our property is small can accommodate no more than 2 dogs so please do not ask about bringing 3, the answer is NO.

Non-smoking property: Smoking & vaping allowed only outside in designated porch areas. This is a dry town so you will need to bring your own alcohol. Circle liquors though is right over the bridge. lol

Our location can't be beat! We are about 6 blocks from the beach & Gillians Wonderland Pier. A boardwalk with tons of rides, eateries, mini-golf, the famous music pier, famous Johnson's Popcorn, etc. We're about 3-5 blocks from the Acme, TD bank, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Bayview Marina & Jet skis, tennis courts, and a playground. A skate park for the kiddies is on the corner. A mere 2 blocks from the house is the Asbury Ave Shopping District which offers good old-fashioned style shopping, boutiques, food establishments, the farmers market, and other goodies. For a more modern shopping experience head over the bridge to Somers Point with their outlets and shopping just 10 minutes away! Ten blocks up the main road we have Wawa, Rite Aid, Wells Fargo, and Piccini's Restaurant (as featured on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives"). You can practically bike anywhere!

Via the Garden State Parkway we are 15 minutes from Atlantic City & Sea Isle City, 20 minutes from Wildwood & Avalon, and 35 minutes from Cape May: Historic area, Shopping District, Zoo, & the CM/Lewes Ferry! Attractions around the Jersey Shore for you to enjoy while here (that require some driving) are Lucy the Elephant in Margate approx 8 minutes away, Historic Towne of Smithville about 30 minutes away, and the ever fun Storybook Land on Black Horse Pike!! We hope you will find the rest and relaxation you need after a long day of fun and sightseeing. Rent anytime for the weekend, the whole week, mid-week whatever is convenient for you. Sand Crab Estates Review

Poor stay as we found the property to be dirty, poorly managed, and in disrepair. Dirty: mattress pads/pillow protectors were dirty and had hair on them, found used woman's panties hanging on shower curtain rod in bathroom and a used wash cloth on floor in bathroom. Poorly Managed: it took some time to get the linen squared away, the drawer where it was supposed to be was empty. This is the first time we arrived at a VRBO where the beds were not made with clean sheets. Owner accused me of fraud/scammer (I have it on text) saying I planted the women's panties. According to the contract we are provided a spare roll of toilet paper, however, none was provided. The checkout procedure in the welcome binder did not match what was emailed to me the night before checkout. I was concerned as I did not know what to do with the trash (no trash cans found outside), no hamper for the linen even though they said a hamper was in the dining room. Disrepair: could not leave from door open to allow fresh air or light in as the screen door had no screen or glass (you can put your arm thru the screen door), air conditioner filter needed to be clean, beds were not made upon arrival.

My wife and I purchased the home October of 2015. It was in need of a few repairs, some minor touch-ups, and had a lot of untapped potential. We have put a lot of love & hard-work into fixing it up and making it the beauty you see today. We are still making improvements in the off season to make your vacation stay even better year after year! Recently we have acquired the first first and opening it up to rentals this year so if you have a large family and wish to book both floors for a total of 6 beds 2 full baths that can sleep 12? Please let us know in advance as we are renting the floors separately and availability will be limited. Cost is the same per floor so whatever you paying up top you will pay for the bottom as well. Our last acquisition had been a 4 bed 2 bath chalet in the Poconos near Camelback & Kalahari that sleeps 12! This property books all year round. Feel free to inquire within if our beach property is booked at the time you want to stay as our Pocono property near the community beach is available!

First off......*** FREE WIFI *** This works great with the dedicated workstation we have set up so you can not only enjoy your stay but not miss that important Zoom meeting was scheduled last minute. Plugs outside mean you can work on the decks as well. Plus, from the rooftop deck you can see the sunset over the bay, Gillians Wonderland pier ferris wheel, and fireworks (if any), and the lights of Atlantic City! Finally, should your trip accidentally get rained out or plans changed and you choose to stay in? Worry Not! We have plenty of DVDs for various ages and genres. Not into watching TV? Play one of our many games provided; or delve down deep into one of our many books. We provide plenty of board games, card games, etc. Fun for the whole family!!
