On the first floor, step into a welcoming living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room features cozy seating, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows on the HD smart TV, enjoying a good book, or planning your next adventure, this space is ideal. One of the sofas in the living room also serves as a pullout bed for additional sleeping space. DAMAGE WAIVER:
The charge listed as âinsurance feeâ covers your purchase of $1,500 in âall riskâ damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
TV's:
All of our Tv's are Smart Tv's. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
PARKING:
There is no dedicated on site parking space. There is free street parking nearby.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, youâll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
