Il s'agit d'une maison magnifiquement entretenue et récemment rénovée située dans un bloc très unique à l'extrémité sud d'Ocean City. Profitez de cette fantastique vue imprenable sur l'océan! Les équipements comprennent la cuisine mise à jour avec de nouveaux placards, des appareils électroménagers, des comptoirs en granit et un îlot central. Plancher flottant en bois lamellé partout, chambres fraîchement peintes, bains carrelés en céramique de couleurs neutres, ventilateurs de plafond. Il y a une cheminée avec entourage en marbre et des banques de fenêtres et de curseurs sur le pont avant offrant des chambres ensoleillées et une vue sur l'océan. Grandes chambres, avec le maître et la chambre d'amis ayant chacun des curseurs sur le pont arrière .. Sous le carport de la maison, il y a de la place pour 3 voitures, un espace de stockage extérieur pour toutes vos fournitures de plage et une douche extérieure pratique.

2nd time is a charm

I had a great stay last year and returned this spring to this wonderful place in south end of OC one block from Corson’s Inlet. The owners a very friendly with great communication and the house is clean with new furniture and has ocean views. It is a prime location and very peaceful in off season. I will be back again soon!

Holiday getaway

Wonderful View of Dunes and Ocean

This is a perfect spot in off season for peaceful quiet with views of ocean and dunes. I imagine it is also perfect in height of summer too since it is right across from ocean and a few blocks from the 55th St. food, market and ice cream shops. I had a wonderful November week and hope to be back again. The hosts communications were excellent for info in advance of trip as well as kind and friendly.

Perfect Vacation

Couldn’t have had a better stay! With two young kids, proximity to the beach made all the difference. House was clean and comfortable - exactly as promised and communication with the owners was a breeze. Hope to return in the future!

Great location

Very nice house. Clean on entry. Beds comfortable. The lock box is difficult to use. Could use a few things for future guest. A few potholders and recycling container would be helpful. We had a great week and would certainly come back.

this beach house was perfect for our family. At the southern end of the island, right across from the beach. Location was quiet and residential. House was clean and well maintained.

Great stay!

We had 6 adults and 3 children in for a week. Enough room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Beach access was everything with this house. Quick jump across the street. Met the owner on day one and was very friendly and was super accommodating. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Clean and Comfortable

Great location, just steps from the beach. Awesome sunrises! The unit was clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, the updated kitchen was well-equipped for simple meals (could use new measuring cups) and the updated bathrooms were wonderful. The decor was simple and uncluttered. We'll be back next year!

Great place to stay with amazing views!!!

Perfect location in the south end of Ocean city for this recently upgraded home! Our entire family (aged 2 to 65+) felt so at home during our stay. Easy access to the beach (across the street) and so close to great shops & dining. The condo was spacious, well equipped and quite clean! The host (Dinaz) was also lovely and made us feel very welcome. Will absolutely come back again!

Great location, overpriced for quality of unit

We had a great week regardless, and this is one of our favorite parts of the island. In terms of the unit, there was quite a bit more wear & tear than we would have expected based on the listing. It was missing a few (maybe small to some people) things that made a difference - the kitchen isn't very well equipped cook meals in, no shower curtain liner, no trash cans in the bathrooms, no mattress pads, the storage closet to keep beach supplies was a mess. Those things added up with overall maintenance issues that didn't meet my expectations for the high cost of the listing.

Excellent Ocean City Stay!

We had a fabulous week staying at this perfect beachfront property. Views were spectacular and the proximity to the beach allowed us to easily walk over almost every morning for the sunrise. The house is well appointed and clean; very comfortable for two families and a few friends. It has a wonderful front porch perfect for gathering for snacks and drinks after a day on the beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We rented bikes and kept them in the garage and rented linens and towels as well which made for an easy stay. We will definitely return!

Our Week by the Sea

A wonderful location at the ocean on the 5700 block of Central Avenue in Ocean City, NJ. Vijay and Dinaz were very gracious, caring and accommodating hosts of the property. The property was extremely clean and modern. Ours was a very relaxing and pleasurable week. Thank you.

Beach Views! Just a few steps from the beach. Location is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were also very responsive and are currently making more updates to make the stay more enjoyable.

Needs Maintenance

The location was lovely and working with the hosts was simple. The problem arose with the house . We found underwear and toys under the bed. Plugs in the bedroom we couldn’t get to work . The mattress cover on the bed had a stain . The main bath shower had either hot or cold water , we think the dial needed adjustments. The washing machine had an odor. We didn’t use the TV but internet worked well. We cleaned the windows to enjoy the spectacular view. No, we made due and didn’t ask for repairs. It is a great location and with a little maintenance could be great.

Beautiful and Quiet Location!

Our family spent a week in OC while our elementary-aged kids were doing virtual school. We loved being so close to the ocean since we were able to get out on the beach during school breaks and in the afternoon/evening after school. The house was beautiful and felt very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was not stocked to do a lot of cooking, but we were able to make a few simple meals and took advantage of the delicious takeout options nearby. We hope to rent again next year, as well!

Lovely getaway

Wonderful quiet location with beautiful views. Spotless and extra care given to ensure freshly cleaned and ready for us. Excellent communication and care for our groups well being. Would definitely stay here again!
