There’s a 3-seater sofa, an occasional chair and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Glass sliding doors lead out to a roomy balcony with a table and 2 chairs, a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. Back inside, large sliding doors separate the bedroom space, which has a queen-sized bed.
The apartment’s sleek, modern bathroom is by the front door and has a large shower recess with a frameless glass screen . There’s also a European-style laundry, providing an LG front loader washing machine, a wall-mounted Fisher & Paykel dryer and a drying rack.
The Neighborhood:
Known as the hub of Sydney’s Italian community, Leichhardt’s Norton Street and Marion Street buzz with cafes, trattorias and bakeries – under 20 minutes’ walk from the apartment. The popular Italian Festa food festival takes place every October, while the Italian Forum is an open-air shopping mall with Tuscan architecture and designer fashion. Small bookshops, indie cinemas and cosy wine bars add to the European vibe. Even closer is the Leichhardt Marketplace shopping centre (just a few minutes’ walk away), offering a Woolworths and Aldi supermarket, a Target, shops, eateries and medical services. Petersham Park is also a short walk away. The Royal Prince Alfred hospital is 10 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
The apartment doesn’t come with parking and only timed street parking is available. There are, however, easy public transport options available, with nearby buses servicing the area. Taverners Hill and Marion Street Light Rail stations are an easy walk away and Lewisham Train Station is 13 minutes on foot.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
