Happy Cape 9 - Idyllic Villa decorated in the Florida Style

This villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
If needed, the 2nd living room can be converted into a 4th bedroom featuring two pull-out couches.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and at the kitchen bar invites you to have a quick breakfast.
Look forward to relaxing days in this idyllically located villa in Cape Coral and enjoy the Florida lifestyle to the fullest.
The driveway to the vacation home is lined with palm trees and provides for the right holiday mood immediately upon arrival and nostalgia upon departure.
From here you can explore the sights and the beautiful Florida landscape. The pool invites you to relax an enjoy balmy nights. For the little guests we offer a pool fence (in the garage).
For the sporty activity or for explorations 4 bicycles are available.
With this villa you can rent a boat, even though it does not have a private dock. We have boat slips in the Yacht Club area and in the Rose garden. From there you can use the boat you have rented and dock it back there on the lift in the evening.

On site you will be looked after by our German and English speaking property management. It is not allowed to bring pets with you.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and will be collected at the check-out on site.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
