LOVED this home!!
We loved this home and had a wonderful month!So many positives! First, Amy the property manager was very responsive! The home had high ceilings and was very light and airy inside and was set up in a way that could accommodate large groups. Three out of the 4 bedrooms were large with large closets and all had VERY comfortable beds! The fourth bedroom was small, but it fit a bunkbed and dresser. (We even fit a porta crib in there for a couple of nights.) The pool area and boat dock were gorgeous! We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view from the pool and hot tub. The grill was great and we used it daily. There was comfortable furniture in the pool area. (Dining table, 6 chairs, 4 lounge chairs ). There was also a child barrier netting we could put up around the pool during the week our youngest granddaughters visited. Neighbors were friendly and were happy to give suggestions of things to see and places to eat. Things that need attention… there were many towels, but they were small and frayed pillows could be updated. The pool table had some rips in the felt which should be replaced. There were only 2 high top chairs under the tiki hut on the boat dock. The tiki hut also needs repair, but still provided some shade. There were 4 lounge chairs on the boat dock but the weaving on all four were torn. (We could still sit strategically on them.) We had some trouble managing the pool/hot tub temperature and we lost some time figuring that out. Overall loved this home!
