Happy Cape 41 - Dream Vacation Spot in Arrow Head Lake Area, newly renovated

Newly renovated, this holiday villa is located in a quiet part of Cape Coral on Arrow Head Lake. The house has a total of 140 sqm and offers with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enough space for up to 6 guests.
The interior is bright and friendly and leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen with integrated bar is equipped with modern kitchen appliances and granite countertops.
The living room has a large leather couch and a 55-inch 4K TV with sound system and a Blue ray player. The large sliding glass doors in the living room lead you directly out to the terrace and the large pool area. Terrace, pool and garden are facing south. Enjoy the Florida sun all day long, surrounded by beautiful palm trees! There are 4 sun loungers and a gas grill for you and your fellow travelers.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a 49-inch 4K TV attached to the wall. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the other side of the house are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom also has a large king-size bed and a 40-inch smart TV. The second guest bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There is also the guest bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower and through which you can access directly to the terrace or the pool.
High Speed Internet is available throughout the property. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bag and even a few fishing suits are at your disposal. 2 kayaks, bicycles (use at your own risk), navigation system and golf bags are included.
You can rent a boat to this villa, even if it does not have a slip. We have private slips in the Yacht Club area and in the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you have rented and put it back there on the lift in the evening.

On site you will be looked after by our German and English-speaking property management. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

The owner does not provide propane for the BBQ. The propane is provided from guest to guest, and at the guest where the propane is empty must buy a new full bottle. Otherwise it will be filled by the property management and charged $50.
