A nice house to rent. The outside seating area was excellent. Lots of beach equipment along with a nice selection of pool floats.The agents were easy to get hold of when booking.Happy to go back there again

We had a very nice time. House was perfect for our stay. Floors need to be washed, not just swept. Our feet were very dirty each day from walking in the floors.

The only thing I would ask is if you could invest in some new pillows for the beds. They are pretty hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. I’m sure they get heavy use, and it’s a small thing, but I would make sure to get new ones regularly because it adds so much to the comfort level. Thank you again for such a great experience in your beautiful home. My family and I enjoy visiting Cape Coral and Sanibel, and it is just the perfect spot for us. We will be booking again next year! He was very friendly and professional, respectful, and explained his findings at the property. Thank you for making us feel important and respected.

Our 2nd stay in a Vesteva property within 9 months. We’re from Ohio and drove 17 hours (each way) because of the great experience we’ve had. Ease of booking with Vesteva website, quick responses from Vesteva, very accommodating to requests, and I feel Vanessa genuinely cares about our comfort and experience while staying in one of her properties. We were able to check in (early) and check out with no contact and no issues. The house was exactly as described on the website, and we enjoyed it so much that we requested to stay an additional day (if it was not already booked). Vanessa responded quickly with approval to our request. The house was clean, fully stocked with linens, towels, appliances, kitchen necessities, the pool and lanai were also very clean and where most of our time was spent. The house was also conveniently located near tons of shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Ft. Myers. Vanessa is genuine, very accommodating to requests, understands our needs and made great suggestions to meet our needs, responsive, and professional.

The house is the perfect size,has everything you need. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to grocery store and parks and perfect place to take long walks. Vesteva is fast and efficient at handling any situation as it arises and they have also been so kind as to suggest things in the area when asked.

We had no complaints that negatively impacted our stay at Samuel. It is a really nice property. Everything was there that one would need from pool and beach toys to a fully equipped kitchen. My wife was impressed with the clothes washer and dryer. The property had a nice size pool and patio area which we took full advantage of. First rate as always!

We found the place very clean and comfortable.

We found the place very clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The doggy door from the guest bathroom into the lanai and then the doggy door from lanai into the yard was very nice for them. We really loved and used the pool which stayed at a perfect temp for swimming. The master bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower. We did not use the large tub, but it would be perfect for anyone who loves to soak. We enjoyed our stay very much. Overall very pleasant. We got all questions answered and any concerns taken care of promptly.
