This 3 bedroom, 3 bath mountain home is the getaway that you have been looking for. View of the slopes, hot tub, pet friendly, cozy up by the gas fireplace in the great room,
enjoy a game of Pacman on the arcade in the lower level entertainment room for that needed family time!

Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

This home is pet friendly! We welcome a max of two dogs for each stay.

Please note that when Appalachian Ski Mountain is making snow, some snow is likely to blow across the road and onto the bottom portion of this home. Exercise caution when walking or driving
around the property during these times.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
- This home is located at over 4200' elevation, and enjoys heavy snowfall in winter months.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags,
a small vial of dishwashing liquid,
a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items
for one night, or maybe two.
We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Please note that home uses outdoor surveillance to ensure home stays secure.
- Maximum of 10 guests. This home does not allow events or gatherings. Please do not exceed maximum occupancy limits!
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come
prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the
proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive 50% refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another traveler.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
