Amazing Stay

This was my first time booking a stay that wasn’t a hotel. I was a little nervous but it was an extremely stress free process. The duplex was amazing. I will definitely use this location again.

Excellent cabin! Very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. Michael clearly pays attention to the details and was very helpful. The cabin is in a great, central location. We enjoyed time in Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock with easy drives.

The house is close to App State, downtown, and easy to travel around the area. Clean as described, excellent host. Would stay here again.

The most accommodating host I’ve ever had.

Great place! Quiet. VERY clean and had all the accommodations we needed. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would deff stay here again.

Football weekend

House was great & cozy on a cold, snowy weekend. Perfect place to hang out with old friends & enjoy Boone. House was super well stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags etc.

Winter Family Getaway

The cabin was comfortable and cozy on our cold snowy stay. It had everything we needed. Great location that felt secluded, but close to town. We all enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. We got a few inches of snow. It was a great winter getaway! The host, Michael was wonderful and very accommodating. P.S. Suggest use of the second entrance. 4x4 was needed in the snow

Really nice place close to the action

Well in the woods but still easy to find. Easy to check-in as well as communicate with the owner. Very spacious and comfortable. Amazing outdoor fireplace and hot tub area! Has everything you would need while not being overdone.

App St. Graduation

This was a great place to stay for us to celebrate our son's ASU graduation. It was a short drive to campus (not walkable for my 87yo mother), and the kitchen and living room were perfect for our family. I highly recommend!

Great host and experience

We arrived late on our first night and the host made sure the lights were on for us. Michael made sure we were comfortable and made sure we didn’t have any problems! We will definitely return!

Wonderful Gathering Place near Everything in Boone!

The cabin was beautifully set up in the mountains on the hillside were you felt very far away from everything and we’re surrounded by trees. However once down the driveway you were right on the 105 and could get anywhere you need to get right away. It was the perfect mix of peacefulness and convenience. We would definitely stay there again and kudos to Audrey for the lovely cabin which was perfectly pointed and had two fireplaces. We enjoyed them both.

Great place for a stormy spring break

We had to cancel our outdoor plans during this trip when the weather went downhill but that was no problem because this place was very comfortable for the five of us to just hang out, play games, and be together. It's more spacious than the photos imply. It is part of a duplex but you feel like you have your own place due to the driveway arrangement. The hot tub is a few steps out away from the cabin but is still private. We've stayed in VRBO's that don't have enough furniture, towels, kitchen utensils and the like, but that was definitely not true here. Anything you want to do in town is no more than ten minutes away. We had a small issue with the gas logs and someone responded in about thirty minutes to handle it. It's pretty steep on the quiet streets outside but still nice for walking and exploring.

Friend Getaway

Great little cabin in the middle of basically everything to do in Boone. tucked away so you can't hear any cars, but not far. The cabin itself is very nice and spacious too!
