Enjoy the sights and sounds of Georgia's vast wilderness while soaking in the hot tub, wandering around the property, barbecuing on the grill, and simply sitting on the patio. Before you head inside, rinse off in the outdoor shower, available from May to September.

Your comfort has been catered to inside with cozy amenities like a wood-burning fireplace, a river-view soaking tub, and an effortless open layout. From the moment you walk in the front door, you will immediately take notice of the living room's vaulted ceilings and the full kitchen's wooden cabinetry and granite countertops. The primary en suite bedroom is available right off this space and boasts the scenic soaking tub, a large bathroom, and private porch access. Upstairs, the expansive second room is just as impressive with its private balcony, gorgeous wood finishes, and easy bathroom access right down the hall. Additional interior perks include the screened-in porch equipped with a gas fireplace and TV, as well as the large mudroom with a private washer/dryer and a table for board games.

When you can pull yourself away from your zen retreat, visit the Dahlonega Gold Museum, Wolf Mountain Vineyards, Rock Creek Park, and Amicalola Falls State Park - all less than 20 miles away.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
