The residence is among a quartet of townhouses, characterized by both their similarity and their individual autonomy within a recently established community. The abode boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, encompassing a spacious living/dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and more. All appliances featured here are of top-notch quality, ensuring a premium experience for the occupants.

Room A is located on the 1st floor and features a queen bed, its own patio, an additional Murphy bed, a storage cabinet, and a walk-in shower. This room has its own entrance.

Moving to Room B on the 3rd floor, you'll find the master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a generously sized walk-in shower.

Room C, also situated on the 3rd floor, presents a queen bed, a convenient work-in closet with its own window (perfect for use as a small office space!), and a bathtub.

The colors and styles of the beds may differ from unit to unit. All the beddings are white in color, with comfortable all-season comforter with plush Siliconized fiber filters, and ultra-soft brushed microfiber duvet cover.

Step into the living room on the second floor and be greeted by a spacious L-shaped sofa that commands attention, perfectly positioned to face a captivating 70-inch 4K TV. Despite its impressive size, the living room doesn't sacrifice coziness. This inviting atmosphere is readily apparent as you sink into the sofa, experiencing firsthand the perfect blend of ample space and comforting snugness. There is a balcony in the back of the second floor. (The carpet color and style may differ from unit to unit but with the same comfort quality. The hanging of pictures may differ from unit to unit.)

Each residence features two front parking lots. Additionally, the community offers three designated guest parking lots. Moreover, the sidewalk can also serve as an auxiliary parking space when necessary. If you anticipate having more than three cars, kindly ensure to confirm with the host before making your booking.

-----------------------------------------SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT------------------------------------------
The residence is most comfortable for groups of up to six people. However, we understand that you may need to gather with your family and friends in larger numbers. Therefore, we allow a maximum of ten people to stay in the house, so you can enjoy a joyful time with your extended family. This accommodation is determined by the availability of the maximum number of "beds" in the building. Specifically, the master bedroom on the third floor offers a King bed, while the other two rooms each have one Queen bed. On the first floor, there is a Murphy bed that can accommodate two small individuals, and the L-shaped sofa can also sleep two people if necessary. We could potentially provide additional mattresses (regular or inflatable) or foldable beds upon request, although this is not guaranteed. Please make sure to confirm this with your host before finalizing your booking. By having more than six people in a group, your booking signifies your understanding that you might need to make your own sleeping arrangements and accept some compromises on comfort, and this cannot be subject to complaint.

For families with infants, we do provide a crib for each residence. If you require more cribs, we recommend reaching out to the host prior to confirming your booking.

1. Ensure that pets are well-trained. Pets are not permitted to use any bedding. A slipcover for the living room sofa will be applied prior to your check-in. Kindly avoid removing it unless your pet abstains from using the sofa. Guests bear the responsibility of maintaining a hair and discharge-free living area.

2. Attentive Care: Your pets should not be left unattended in the residence unless they are comfortably secured in a crate. This is especially important to ensure the well-being of your pets and to avoid any potential disruptions.

3. Use of Crates: We can offer up to two crates for your convenience in case you need to leave your pets alone at any time. While we cannot guarantee their availability, feel free to inquire with your host before making your booking. If the required number of crates cannot be provided by the host, we kindly ask that you bring your own.

4. Reservation Considerations: When making your reservation, please communicate your intention to travel with pets. This will help us ensure that suitable arrangements can be made to accommodate both your family and your pets comfortably.

Parties are allowed, but we kindly request that your group demonstrates utmost consideration for the neighborhood when hosting an event. In the event that the party goes too far, such as resulting in a neighborhood complaint or requiring police intervention, there is a risk of losing our privilege to continue the hosting. Unfortunately, no refund can be provided for the remaining booking credits.

For any other concerns or inquiries, we strongly recommend you communicate with the host before finalizing your booking. Our cancellation policy aims to strike a balance between providing flexibility to the guest(s) and ensuring a degree of predictability for the host.
