Welcome to Hummingbird Haus, a charming 3200 sqft, 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath home featuring 2 expansive decks— one of which incorporates a large tree, creating a cozy, treehouse-like atmosphere.

This elevated home is situated on a cul-de-sac in a scenic neighborhood, close to FSU and Downtown. Enjoy being close to it all while having a peaceful retreat to unwind.

The layout includes a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath main home on the upper level, along with a 2-bedroom, 1-bath suite on the lower level.

Prefect place to stay for a large group visiting Tallahassee. My family and I loved this beautiful home. Plus, they provided coffee and creamer! We also loved the wrap-around deck! This will be our go-to place to stay anytime we take the family to FAMU events. 5 stars all the way!

Great family hangout space!

The layout was great and accommodated our large group of family in town for FSU graduation very well. We fixed meals in the kitchen which was pretty well supplied. The setting was gorgeous and the ramp was very helpful for one grandmother that uses a walker. Overall, great place!!

Property is large and super comfy 5 stars

Host communication is superb as well as property. Vacation rental by owner as a company is not a fair company and we will be not be using them going forward. Fees charged by Vacation rental by owner and their communication is poor. Trying to communicate with them via Philippians call center is bad and not flexible. We will never use Vacation rental by owner again.

Good for large party

Overall the experience was good. I did think the rental price was high given the neighborhood and house being very dated. But the house was clean and we had what we needed for the weekend.

Perfect for Co-workers in town for a conference!

We all enjoyed our stay very much, unfortunately it was cut short by hurricane Helene. The coffee bar was terrific, the remotes had a spot for hanging on the walls in the rooms ( great idea for my own home). Look foward to staying again for our next conference!

Excellent Group Stay

We traveled in with a group of 9 teenagers and 2 adults. The place was perfect for our large group. It was large enough for all to fit comfortable. Yet, cozy enough that we were able to spend quality time together as a group.

Short work travel

We needed a cost effective solution for housing a mixed gendered group of coworkers for a short two day stay. Having two separate, fully functional living areas worked perfectly for the group. The trip went great, in part because the living arrangements were very good.
