The location literally can't be beaten, with easy access to Wrigley Field, the bustling Southport shopping corridor, and all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. One reserved parking spot is included for free and there's easy street parking on our block for additional cars.

I know what it takes to provide excellent hospitality and an unforgettable stay. I've used my years of experience as a host and interior designer to set up this unique flat so that it includes all the comforts of home while embracing the quirky charm that only a vintage building can offer.

Although shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Because of my flat's central location, I recommend leaving your car at home. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber.

One free parking spot is included with your stay.

If you'll bring more than one car, there's free street parking on our block and most residential blocks nearby except between 5-10pm on Cubs game nights and when there are special events at Wrigley Field. Be sure to move your car because the street will be a tow zone during those hours without a residential permit. Take care to check all signs nearby when parking because it's easy to get a ticket when parking rules are broken.

I also highly recommend using a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive.

Unlike some other hosts, I won't ask you to wash the sheets, take out the trash, mow the lawn, or scrub anything. Check-out is at 11 AM.
