You will love the location, and newly update modern amenities of this home. It is located 5 min away from Venice or Nokomis Beach. House is directly in front of the park, which has playground, hiking, Volley Ball court, River and Bike Trail access.

Beautiful remodel features Bike Style Design. From designer bedroom ceiling to bar area and a modern bathroom.

You can walk to nearby Restaurants or enjoy a morning hike/bike on a Legacy Trail with beautiful views of Venice.

Tastefully decorated in a Bike Theme, due to home's close proximity to Bike Trail.
We also have a 4 prong 50amp EV charger on site, you may need an adapter.

Space has a keyless access with a code

Property has a great location. 5 min drive to Fox Lea Farm, 5 min to Venice downtown or the Beach, 5 min to Nokomis Beach, 10 min to Oscar Scherer Park.
Among other things it is next to the park which has tennis courts, kids playground, Robert's Bay kayak access and bike trail.

Nice place for access to Venice and beaches

This is a twin house in a residential neighborhood. The inside is thoroughly renovated and very comfortable. It's located adjacent to a community park with Pickleball courts and play almost daily. My wife played a couple of days of our stay. There is also a walking and bike path through the park that goes for miles and, I believe goes to the beach area. The property is also a short term stay for a camper and we enjoyed talking to and sharing our own camper experiences with them. The only shortfall we found was a lack of an outdoor seating area for this house. There is a picnic table, but that would be more for the camper spot, if that's in use. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We would stay again.

Perfect beach getaway

This property was cute, quaint, and we loved the bike theme! Perfect location with easy access to Venice island. Lance was also very quick to respond to any VRBO messages/questions we had. Would highly recommend.

What we needed

This property was perfect for our needs. We we're close to do all the things that we need to do including the beach, golf, restaurants, and zoo. The park across the street with was perfect for a young children including the walking path for our nightly walks.

Nice being close to trails and walk distance to park and couple restaurants/cafes. Facilities updated and comfortable with extras.

Unsatisfactory Stay

We were not satisfied with this property. We arrived to a camper in the yard & realized the property is a duplex, which was news to us. The main issue with this property is the cleanliness. Crumbs on counter, food/hair in kitchen sink drain, ants in bathroom, random hairs found throughout, stains on towels and sheets. Unfortunately, we arrived late and had to stay one night before cancelling the remainder of our reservation. The host did offer the code for us to get new linen for the beds & agreed to refund us the remainder of the nights. The property has great potential-just needs new towels, linens and a deep clean.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved the location of this home. It is a short 5 minute drive away from Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach or Downtown Venice. It is also located next to Nokomis Park, so as you step out of the house kids can play on the park playground, or you can hike or bike on a Legacy Trail, there is a basketball and a volleball court. Park also offers access to the Robinson Bay. Watch out for turles and rabbits as they are local park residents, and have many nests there.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Due to close proximity to bike trail (Legacy Trail) we decided to design the interior of the house in a Bicycle Style. This home is a gem for bike enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys outdoors and beaches. Another important features is an oversized parking, allowing you to bring along large toys such as boats/jetski/4 wheelers and so on. We built a large 30-50 ft shell driveway allowing to accomodate.
